Nice hotel good location staff are friendly Kept very clean maintenance is good
This hotel was great for a group of 6 (older....!!) girls. The rooms were cleaned everyday. The staff were really friendly and the food was good for an all inclusive 3 star hotel.
Brilliant pools Nice bar Bar staff are awesome Friendly staff all reception staff are out of this world stunning. good place to relax after a heavy one
lunch is terrible pool closes to early
Staff were kind Swimming pool Nice location
Beds were very uncomfortable Insects/Roaches in the room Not much snack choice in all inclusive
The room was clean and tidy, the view was great (over looking the bay) The staff were polite and very helpful
the bar ran out of my favourite drink - "Jack Daniels" on the Saturday and was still out on the Monday
The staff from reception was very helpful and friendly. Gave all info needed, helped with trip reservation and everything we needed. Specially Teodora and Juana were a big help and made our holiday nicer. Clean pool, great location, bus station right next to the hotel.
Noisy "neighbors" next door. Not very clean and not too many facilities, but a good value for money.
The staff were very knowledgable and helpful with local travel and attractions. The buffet was extensive and there was always something that I enjoyed. The hotel was generally clean with a really nice pool. The hotel was quite quiet in general
The air conditioning in my room did not work. There was no fridge in the room. Every time I had a shower the bathroom flooded and went outside the room. It was obvious that this had been going on for a long time as there was a big stain in the hallway. Half way through the stay I found a baby cockroach. There was a pigeon living in the vent directly next to my toilet. I visited the room of another guest and it was in much better condition overall with a fridge, cooler and cool air conditioning. I must have got a dodgy room.
It's located in a nice area and it's convenient to find some restaurants and cafés near by :)
Too noisy during the night maybe ..
Excellent choice of A/I drinks Plenty of loungers and parasols anytime of the day even in August Good air con in rooms Great location - only 3€ for the boat over to San Antonio
Food wasn't too good - we're not fussy eaters but struggled to put a decent meal together some days No entertainment at all so not ideal for families with children Attracts lots of teenagers / 20 something's due to location so can get rowdy at the pool and very noisy at night
Definitely good value for money. The pool area was very nice and the rooms were clean.
The walls were very thin. We could hear music from the room next door during the day, and we were woken up during the night when people were coming back from partying. In the room itself, the lack of fridge was annoying.
- very nice and beautiful girls in reception - good housekeeping - bottle at check-in
- not soundproof - there war a seagull in the balcony - doors that do not close - creaking doors - impossible to darken the windows
Hotel staff really friendly, bar staff work hard and fast, cleaners were always friendly and did an excellent job
All inclusive was great. Tony at the bar is an absolute legend Great bloke. Food was nice.
Cleanliness around pool at times was poor. Rooms were bit tatty. Some staff were rude
staff and ocation
sometimes there can be rowdy groups
Tony - the guy at the bar - is a legend and the reason many people come back each year! He is loved by everyone at the pool, such a nice, warm guy. The hotel is a decent 3 star hotel too and rooms all have air conditioning, tv etc. Good place for a group of lads like us! The food is reasonable too and new dishes most nights.
The hotel is a little bit away from the west end but there are a few bars and restaurants closeby and within walking distance. I would also be reluctant to recommend this hotel for families - lots of loud stag dos around the pool and coming in at all hours of the morning.
Clean and friendly
Good was poor
The common areas and the quite location
Rooms and food
Staff is really nice. Location is good aswell, view from top floor is brilliant and price for this kind of hotel is very good.
Food is really poor. Know music played on day time..
The staff were great, friendly and helpful, I will defo be coming back!
The lucky lucky men who kept harassing me by the pool, being female and by myself I did feel uncomfortable alot.
Fantastic staff always feel welcomed will be back.
Some things looked out dated, few wee paint touch up etc nothing major
the location, able to walk to San Antonio. Very buzzy, lots of places to drink, eat and relax.Lost of restaurants, cheap English breakfast and lost to do in the evening.Bus stops outside and cheap fares Excellent staff, rooms and towels cleaned and changed daily.reasonable size room.Large pool..
Very noise at night,if you're looking to sleep well and relax this is not the hotel.Walls and main door very thin and noisy, However if you just want to drink all day and have fun, yes!! Ideal hotel for young people.
Excellent staff Location Value for money
People smoking and drinking whilst in pool We actually moved hotels due to a 'noise' problem. Manager and staff were very understanding and the problem was amicably resolved
