The location : in front of the sea. The breakfirst included. Very clear, spacious and clean appartment. The only think unpleasant for me was the smell (very strong) that entered in the appartment when the neighbours were cooking in their.

The appartments are only 20m from the Atlantic Ocean. Ask for a room with an ocean view. The rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable. Bathroom was tiny but spotless. The kitchen didn't have a microwave, that would have been handy. Reception is on the first floor, take the stairs, then the elevator and you won't miss it. Breakfast is rather limited: only cereals, toast with jam, no cheese. Great coffee though.

Within easy walking distance of town centre, shops, restaurants, historic buildings etc. Although not in the best of areas, our apartment had a balcony and overlooked the sea. It was also very spacious and had a lift for us older folks. It was basic but had everything you needed to cook and a nice bathroom with lots of hot water. It was clean and well looked after and good value for the money.

Good location very spacious, great value for money, near major bus routes, sea view. It is near industry so can be noisy in a morning. Also the toilet smells from the plumbing system. No English spoken really.

Lo que más me ha gustado de mi estancia en el Rocomar ha sido, sin lugar a dudas, el buen atendimiento que he recibido, así como la comodidad y ubicación del mismo. Está situado a 10 minutos andando del centro, en una zona perfecta en la cual puedes dormir plácidamente escuchando el sonido de las olas. Se lo recomiendo a todos aquellos que, como yo, busquen algo asequible y de calidad. Yo, al menos, repetiré a lo largo de este verano ;). Se podría mejorar la conexión a internet, dotando a los apartamentos de antenas Wifi (o en su defecto, los pasillos), ya que sólo es posible conectarse si estás en el comedor o en recepción. De todos modos, no se puede pedir mucho más debido a su buen precio, ubicación y lo que ofrece.

El trato de los empleados ha sido muy agradable. Limpian la habitación todos los días de lines a viernes. Esta bien situado en la Palma estando a 5 min.paseando del centro. Aparcamientos junto a los apartamentos. En el desayuno falta fruta y embutido. Mejorar el aislante de las ventanas, debido a la cercania con el mar, las habitaciones que estan situadas con vistas al mar se oye el oleaje. (A mi personalmente me gustaba).

Nette Leute, riesiges Appartement mit Blick zum Meer, sogar mit Frühstück mit gutem Kaffee, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterin , nahe am Zentrum, Zimmer werden mittlerweile nach und nach neu renoviert. Nahe am Hafen und zu Fuß schnell in der schönen Altstadt von La Palma Öffungszeiten Rezeption sollten etwas länger sein

El desayuno era bastante completo, teniendo en cuenta el precio de la noche. Hay wi-fi gratuito. No funciona el wi-fi en las habitaciones, tienes que conectarte en recepción. La tv de los apartamentos es muy pequeña.

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und bemüht. Obwohl in den Apartments auch eigene Küchen waren, gab es morgens ein nettes kleines Frühstück. Die Einrichtung sehr karg. Küche fast nicht bestückt. DIe Badewanne und die Küche sollten dringend erneuert werden. Wir haben uns außerdem nicht sehr sicher gefühlt. Die Haustür war nie abgeschlossen und während unseres Aufenthaltes wurde bei einem anderen Gast eingebrochen.

Que está dentro de la ciudad Tengo casi 69 años y me alojaron en un 4º piso sin ascensor y la escalera tiene unos escalones muy altos. No hay derecho. Luego me pidieron excusas por mi ubicación, aunque yo me di cuenta que habían jovenes solos en la primera planta. Hay que pensar en los demás.
