Great location a few minutes walk from Plaza Major, cathedrals and universitiy. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Polite and helpful staff. There was a problem with the heating our rooms were far too hot, the heating was permanently set at high and could not be adjusted. We spoke to reception and were immediately given rooms on the same floor with no heating problems.

Não gostei do barulho de festa no quarto de outros hospedes com cerca de 7 ou 8 pessoas com musica bem alta às 3 horas da manhã foi feita uma reclamação na recepção na qual não deu resultados até ás 6 horas da manhã.

El hotel esta muy bien situado. El mobiliario esta un poco usado, pero esta limpio y las habitaciones no son pequeñas. El buffet del desayuno esta bien surtido, pero procura bajar antes de la hora final pues comienzan a retirar los produztos aunque las camareras te avisan

La atención del personal Al estar en una plaza con varios locales de copas, los fines de semana, el nivel de ruido es algo mayor de lo tolerable. Por otra parte desconocemos si es un problema de que no está suficientemente insonorizado y si afecta solo a los primeros pisos.

Perfecto para una estancia de dos días en Salamanca. Las camas muy bien, la limpieza genial, el desayuno sencillo pero perfecto. Si tengo que decir algo negativo, la puerta del balcón no cerraba.

Se trata de un hotel en el que hemos repetido en varias ocasiones especiales por su excelente ubicación, la posibilidad de check later y la calidad de sus instalaciones. El personal es agradable y la limpieza de las habitaciones está muy bien. El secador del pelo es bastante mal, seca, pero mal porque no tiene potencia, es más parecido a un secador de manos que uno de pelo. Las ventanas de las habitaciones que hemos probado tienen vistas a un patio cerrado o a una escalera de emergencia, pero realmente es algo que da igual porque la habitación es excelente.

El hotel está muy bien situado, y hay aparcamiento cercano relativamente fácil. La relación calidad-precio es buena. El desayuno me ha parecido realmente bueno. El baño de la habitación me ha parecido muy pequeño para el tipo de habitación que teníamos y un poco anticuado, sobre todo su lavabo porque no había donde colocar las cosas. La habitación en general era bastante pequeña, la televisión muy antigua y el comedor del hotel pequeño, creo que el hotel necesita una modernización. Además de haber muchas escaleras para entrar que llevando niños pequeños es un poco incómodo.

Su ubicación, la habitación amplia y confortable, y un precio muy competente, teniendo en cuenta su ubiccación y características del hotel, además, queda resuelto elproblema del coche, con un parking a 20 M.
