Staff were helpful. Room was clean and comfortable.

Wifi didn't work in our room, had to go to reception area for access. No map of Salamanca. Decor outdated and quite shabby. Deluxe room was a lot smaller than the images on the website portrayed.

The room was clean and nice. Really good temperature inside. The hotel is near the center.

There is a car parking near but the fact that they keep the car key its negative.

The location was excellent for visiting the beautiful city of Salamanca. Although no on site parking we were able to park easily about two minutes walk away. The breakfast was superb and far better than expected. Both hot and cold fare.

Only one issue in our room 207 - one of the sliding windows would not lock which caused concern for security as the room overlooked a flat roof. This was reported to hotel staff.

The free WiFi was only vor a web connection and not for emails. For Thatcher jou have to buy 30 min. time for a connection. Today is a compleet free WiFi connection for us very important in chosing which hotel

Comfortable with perfect location for City sightseeing

The room was cold and noisy.The bad was small and uncomfortable.

Delightful reception staff. Comfortable room. Good breakfast. Terrific location just a couple of minutes from the Plaza Mayor. Everything was very good and we considered it to be excellent value.

The hairdryer in Room 117 blew only cold air!

The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. There was a good choice for breakfast. The hotel is very close to the city centre where there are hundreds of bars and restaurants. All the interesting city sites are within easy strolling distance.

Our room was at the front of the hotel, with a balcony, but there are 4 bars directly below and on Friday and Saturday nights it is very noisy, as the bars don't close until the last reveller has fallen over! It didn't feel at all dangerous but it was very noisy.

Within walking distance to town centre. Very large superior room - very clean excellent facilities. Friendly welcolming staff. Reasonable breakfast - although coffee machine not the best of facilities. A most enjoyable stay and the gin & tonics were excellent.

Excellent location just 2 minute walk from Plaza Major. Car parking near and secure. Salamanca is a great city which always appears to have something happening whenever we visit. Will stay at this hotel again.

I can only say on the condition of my room, bath damaged and in a poor state. The bedroom ceilings paint cracked and flaking. Furniture in poor condition.

Location, price, service - good hotel for short trip to Salamanca

Personnel is very friendly and yet very professional. Very helpful.

The only thing I would recommend is to place a handle to help in getting in and out of the tub (room 508), better yet, remove the tub and put a shower.

On arrival I was upgraded to a superior room which was very kind of them.

No English tv channels available in room and we ordered diner in our room and it was disgusting, it was supposed to be chicken salad and chips for 8.50 each it was dry chicken breast, a bit of lettuce ( just lettuce ) and a few rock hard chips, we were so tired after waiting for so long for it to arrive we just fed the chicken to our dog that was staying with us and ate the lettuce. We did complain to the receptionist in the morning and told her how disappointed we were in the slandered of food because the hotel and room itself was lovely, but she was uninterested in what we had to say and offered no form of apology. I would recommend Silken Rona Dalba to other travellers but tell them not to eat there.

in an excellent position for walking around Salamanca. The Plaza Bandos is just around the corner with a great bar/restaurant Chicos and is also at the entrance to the plaza Mayor. Lovely walking city and very vibrant with large student population. Parking 20m away 11.50 euros per day Best breakfasts of the holiday with plenty of choice including scrambled egg and bacon choice of pillows for those who need hard/soft etc good choice of bathroom toiletries

Asked for a quiet room at the back in advance of trip which we got but loud plumbing noises when guests turned on taps! Bed was hard needs renovating metal strip at end of carpet had screws sticking up bought a 30 min internet card for 2 euros and used for 5 ins thinking I could use again with the credit left on it but when I went to log back on, would not work as I had to use the 30min in one go! Also found at a later date that this public computer let some kind of virus into my e-mail
