“ We stayed in this Hotel 13 years ago and found it to be very friendly family run Hotel. When I booked this time it has been upgraded and the room was very good and the family are still there. Will go back again and again. ”

With a façade typical of Andalusia, this elegant hotel is one of the oldest in Ronda. The spectacular façade of the Hotel Polo is of modernist style with decorative wrought-iron work. The elegance of the facade is repeated inside with the checkerboard floor, and high ceilings and windows. The large and luminous bedrooms are decorated in a blue-and-white theme. Many rooms have a balcony which looks over Ronda's streets. Relax in the Polo's spacious lounge with attractive marble and classic furniture. Perfect for our 1 night stay in Ronda! Rooms were clean and hotel was well kept. Location was great - easy to find and close to the sights. Mattress wasn't amazing, but ok enough to sleep just fine..

The staff were friendly prior to and on arrival. A small but clean hotel which appears to have undergone a modernisation update. Free Wi-Fi was great and the bar at the hotel was incredibly reasonable. The hotel has a great spot near the city centre and parking isn't too bad in the nearby streets. Would recommend as it was clean, ideally situated with friendly staff. Rooms are adequate but nicely arranged. A nice stay at a nice hotel Slightly more expensive due to location Childs bunk bed rail securing was unsafe (with two random screws)and dangerous (screw end was protruding into lower bunk and near childs head)

Very friendly and helpful staff. New owners since Oct 2012. Big room with large bed and big bathroom. Great location. Certainly recommended. Difficult reception of Wifi in room at end of corridor.

the location was great and the rooms recently refurbished, modern, clean and comfortable. The hotel staff were very helpful. a very enjoyable stay. the noise from the street at night kept my wife awake - double glazed windows would have helped!

Helpfulness of the staff, location and comfortable for a 1 night stay. We would definitely recommend this Hotel. The Hotel would benefit from a little TLC. Shower mats should be provided as we found the bath very slippery whilst using the shower. Hairdryer's should also be provided.

The staff was friendly, welcoming and helpful. Explained in detail when we asked questions. Very central, close to everything like shopping, bars, cafe`s, Plaza del Toros and Punto Nueve. Out of four beds in two rooms, only one was satisfying. One bed actually had the shape of an U (!), so the couple in that room had to share the other bed...

The staff, the size of the room, the location. Breakfast was absurd. Only one type of bread, no cheese, no chocolate to put in the milk . Almost everything had to be paid apart, scrambled eggs ( 3,50 euros) hot chocolate, orange juice, I felt cheated.

Tout. La chambre familiale était spacieuse. La décoration de l'hôtel est soignée et lui donne du caractère. Son emplacement est idéal pour visiter la ville à pied et aller dîner. Les lits superposés des enfants bougeaient.

Hotel au personnel très sympathique. Chambre avec suffisamment d'espace. Literie confortable. La moquette dans la chambre pas très propre. attention dans notre chambre il n'y avait pas de porte entre la salle de bains et la chambre. certes c'est "design" mais pas top pour l'intimité.

La centrico que estaba, las camas, la habitación de tres es bastante amplia. El Hotel esta muy bien en instalaciones. La limpieza impecable y un detalle de fruta en la habitación. La ducha de la 202 sale o muy caliente o muy fria, el truco es poner poca presión. Por lo demás estupendo.
