The service from the hostess was excellent when showing us parking area and serving a delicious breakfast very early in the morning at our room. We are sorry we only stayed one night.
Cute place w small room but nice and quiet. Great location (once you find it) Small, but decent breakfast.
Almost impossible to find, even w GPS. We had to park our car and spend almost an hour asking where this place was.
Friendly, tastefully decorated and comfortable hotel, in excellent location in old town
Location, staff, wonderful fresh breakfast served in the room. Very pro-active with a minor (self-inflicted) injury
Very cozy room and bed, location just next to bridge. Free coffee, tea and biscuits in the morning. Very friendly and helpfull staff.
Parking was not available on site but in a public garage 10 min away. However, with hotel discount (EUR 10/day). Water and toilet flush of other rooms noisy.
Location, owner's knowledge of city, restaurant recommendations.
I've wracked my brain to come up with something to dislike and can think of nothing.
The very friendly, helpful staff who provided useful local information packs. Breakfasts were good quality and the location perfect.
everything particularly having tea making facilities in room.
Great location staff were friendly and helpful. Tasty breakfast. Good value for money
Close to town centre - restaurants, shops, bull ring. Small breakfast in reception but this suited us fine. Owned and run by two helpful ladies
Some level of noise transmission between rooms.
- Extremely friendly owners who made you feel like family - Very clean, comfortable room - Modern, spacious bath - Even though we didn't order breakfast, we were given fresh orange juice, fruit and cookies each morning - Excellent location *** Do not hesitate in booking this wonderful hotel in Ronda. It was one of our favourites in all of Spain!
I loved everything about this small boutique hotel from the warm, welcoming sisters who own it to the beautifully renovated rooms. The location is fantastic, as it is in a quiet area of the old town, but all of the tourist sights are easily reached on foot. The bonuses were a very powerful shower, and homemade jams with the delicious breakfast.
There was nothing to dislike.
Very well done with great attention to detail n guest comfort. The hostess is very warm and u feel at home..Wud hv lived to live longer
Better price :-)
Extremely friendly and kind hostess who made us feel very welcome. We had two rooms, one for our kids and one for us. Both rooms were small but very nicely decorated and comfortable. It was just lovely. I wish we had planned staying longer.
Difficulty figuring out how to reach it while driving since the hotel is on a very narrow street and there is no parking close by. We ended up parking in a paid lot down in the new town and walked over.
Lady owner manages/runs hotel with sister (on hols whilst we visited) .Brilliant, cheerful, helpful and very tolerant and supportive of our efforts to speak Spanish!Hotel was originally her family home, rustic, full of character and clean and everything works great air con and WiFi.Ideal situation in heart of old town,in cobbled quiet street next to palace awaiting renovation by gorge,
We liked everything about this place and will stay again.Highly recommended.
the two sisters were very friendly, nice and helpful They would always call cabs for us and give good food recommendations It was relatively clean and new inside
The immediate area around the hotel is quite dilapidated, with many of the buildings seemingly abandoned. At least for us, the credit card machine didn't work and we had to pay cash.
The owner was lovely. The room was immaculate.
Location, great, lovely owners and very friendly
Breakfast in the room was lovely but would rather it else where
Personal service from a delightful pair of sisters who run the place . Location amazing in heart of old town, but away from the maddening crowds. Manage your expectations, this is a small hotel , not a chain.
A lovely small hotel tucked into a small road just off the main street. The room was spotless and the owners (two sisters) were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.
friendly and welcoming staff
The hotels owners were charming and couldn't have been more accommodating or helpful.
Leaving your car in a car park at some distance away isn't great but, quite frankly, has to be expected in such an old town. If you are limited in movement and don't like steep hills then this may not be re place for you.
