nothing ..... very poor hotel .....
everything .... nothing good about this hotel .... does not meet its 3 star rating ..... 1 star would be more appropriate .......
The breakfast is good. Metro nearby. Pl. catalunya nearby
2014 and still no free wifi. Furthermore the bathroom was dirty and it was very noisy
location is fine
it has humidity in rooms and bathroom is dirty.
Location breakfast and the remaining staff
Customer service of abeguel Ac was not working well
no free internet no fridge in the rooms
The location was great, air con is always nice, staff were friendly
TV didn't work, no free wifi, rooms are dated
Troom was clean and a 5 minute walk away from Plaza Cataluña. Breakfast alright but don't expect anything great.
First of all they gave us a room obviously not cleaned, maybe someone not yet left. Secondly, during the first night they then gave our room to some other couple whilst we were in the room!!!!! Quite a shock for them and us! Staff were not so apologetic! No free Wi-fi, not huge but just checking out restaurants/things to do it would be nice.
It has an excellent location for public transportation; catty corner to the well-loved Moritz Beer Brewery and cafe; a 10 minute walk to Placa de Cataluna and the Ramblas; near the airport bus "Universitad" stop. The staff are very helpful. Request a room that faces outward. It is very clean with a generous buffet breakfast.
It is fine if you're looking for a place to rest your head at the end of a day of touring. There are no frills. Request a room that faces outward. Parking is extra. Do not confuse this Ronda Hotel with the Grand Hotel Ronda one block away on Sant Antoni.
central to main bars and shopping
needed a cab to beech and casino
Spacious and clean rooms! Friendly staff! Good located!
The breakfast is average! But for this price i wouldnt complain!
staffs Internet connection cleanliness price facilities
Location was ok, but there are many other hotels in better location , very poor service, toilet was dirty, the mattress was like kids mattress , so uncomfortable . And they charge for everything. Stay away!!!!
The staff very knowledgable.
The smell of the cleaning products or air fresheners too over powering it irritated my eyes to the point of using antihistamine tablets.
I liked the room it was very comfy
I didn't like the breakfast it was awful and has no varieties and the hanger of the TV was too high
Tye location is really too far from la-rambla...v took this hotel, last minute so this was the only option...u hv better choices in barcelona
1.impossible to access by car. 2. location was in a seedy area. 3. Flooring in room was slippery. 4. Cooked breakfast was cold. In fact we were so disappointed we forfeited the second night of our stay and moved hotel. The photographs and information is deceptive
WARNING!! Worst experience of irresponsibility ever! I was there with my father for 4 nights. He tried to charge his phone and after 2 mins there was smoke and cellphone and charger got BURNT OUT(we used it before in Spain so right voltage). We complained to the receptionist said she had to contact her boss later. We returned later and were told that there is no problem in the room, so it is our fault things got burnt out, what?! We wanted more answers, the receptionist was told not to help us and she did not want to contact her boss, "I don't want to bother him", she replied. We demanded them to take responsibility but never got an answer. So disappointed, how do they expect people to stay at their place if they accuse you of burning your own phone? The "boss" never showed up. Also note that the location is close to the center but there are really bad streets around...Breakfast buffet did not have any type of fruits or healthy options. And when we returned on the 3rd day at 16, the rooms were still not cleaned!
Friendly staff, great location, fresh wholesome breakfast daily. Great value for money.
Yes the walls are thin, but after the first night you get used to it. Paris was a lot louder !
Rooms cleaned daily Breakfast was ok Good value for the money it was great for us a group of lads
A lot of noise from surrounding area
Area felt like downtown Barcelona
Great location easy access to shops, restaurants and transport. Would recommend this hotel.
Would be nice to have a electric kettle in the room so we could make a cup of coffee or tea. Other than that everything was great.
Breakfast, no free Wi-Fi, tough bed
Situated in the center of Barcelona Just 7 min walk from Catalunia square and la Rambla, 2 min from the nearest metro station
The area between the hotel and la Rambla is a bit dangerous, crowded by immigrants from the Middle East. A young guy tore out my friend's necklace directly from her neck in the street about 6 pm and ran away. Staff in the hotel will try sometimes to make you pay for everything. My friend called the other hotel in Barcelona in the morning from the reception for free and in the evening for the same call they wanted her to pay for it. When she asked for an official receipt, they let her to call for free... You'll also need to pay for the Wi-Fi connection
We were very happy with the staff, breakfast being provided, vicinity to La Rambla. it was so easy to get to all the sights we wanted to see. We had a great time in Barcelona. Thanks Hotel Ronda
Quite noisy in street below through the night, with people yelling at each other. this is constant at night when it is time to sleep. This is not on Hotel property but has impact on your stay as it doesnt stop.
