The staff was nice, the room was clean, there was a bus available for the custoemers of the hotel that took us to the beach, both in Playa del Ingles and in Maspalomas (which is better).

We booked the room with half-board and the food was very bad for mediteranian taste. It was for English and German people, with beans, eggs and ham for breakfast and other things that harm your healthy.

The Rondo hotel is a central location, comfortable and affordable. We arrived at 9 o'clock in the evening and there was food waiting for us, the staff were consistently friendly and helpful, there was never any stress from them, unlike other places we have stayed in. The accomodation itself was spacious and versatile, lots of wardrobe room, and places to sit or spread out ourselves or our belongings!

I'm not keen on the Flotex floor coverings, the light in the bathroom was inadequate and a kettle would have been preferable to boiling water in a saucepan! The balcony space was rather limited. However, apart from these minor issues, it was a great hotel with great facilities, and I would definitely recommend it and use it again.

Hotel has good service and food and is very nicely located. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Everything was first class except the sunbenches at the pool which were very unconfortable.

la vicinanza al centro commerciale yumbo ,la pulizia della camera , il ristorante anche se non è come la cucina italiana tutto era passabile era presente una cucina cinese nel lato esterno del ristorante ottima. ho soggiornato in gennaio e i clienti in quel periodo erano tutti piuttosto anziani. hotel da consigliare..

Le camere comode e spaziose

Tutte le camere con moquette che sarebbe meglio lavare di tanto in tanto non basta solo l'aspirapolvere.Le camere sono dotate di cassaforte a richiesta per la speciale cifra di 12 E a settimana +cauzione di altri 12E che verrà in seguito resa. Menù sempre lo stesso si salva un poco il cinese ma dopo due giorni pure quello sazia.Mettere una piastra in cucina come tutti gli altri hotel sarebbe troppo?

Considero il rapporto qualita'/prezzo buono. La cucina e' buona e varia (presenza di cucina cinese nella sala terrazza). Le camere sono ampie e in ottimo stato. Non c'era l'aria condizionata nella nostra camera ma nel periodo del nostro soggiorno non abbiamo avuto bisogno di questo servizio. Staff sempre disponibile. Abbiamo prenotato una mezza pensione e in questo caso le bevande self service non sono disponibili, sono quindi a pagamento a cena .

Hemos estado muy cómodos durante nuestra estancia de 4 noches, la habitación era muy amplia y limpia. El hotel es tranquilo, mayoritariamente se hospedaban parejas jóvenes y familias. Está situado en una zona tranquila a 15 minutos de la playa andando. Las habitaciones cuentan con un balcón con una mesa y sillas, donde daba gusto sentarse a contemplar la vista.

El alojamiento incluía media pensión, el desayuno estaba bien. Los primeros días la cena no nos gustó mucho, pero después fue mejorando. A las 21 horas cierra el comedor, nosostros llegamos sobre las 21:15, y teníamos una cena fría preparada, pero el personal del comedor aún no había recogido la comida y no se nos ofreció coger nada del buffet, lo cual no nos pareció nada bien. La atención al cliente deja un poco que desear. Durante nuestra estancia me puse enferma, y al solicitar un termómetro nos dijeron que no tenían y al preguntar por un médico, simplemente nos dió las páginas amarillas. Pienso que deberían cuidar un poco esas cosas, ya que no le costaba nada tener el detalle de llamar a un médico que ellos sepan o que sea cercano. Quitando esos pequeños detalles, todo bien.

Buon albergo, molto cordiali alla reception, camere pulite, colazione e cena a buffet buona, a due passi dal Yumbo.
