Small and friendly. Nice big beds. Good shower. Great location The upstairs lounge with the views was really nice but a bar up there would have finished it off...even and 'honesty' bar?...basically a more communal area somewhere..

We loved the location and the price - excellent value. Very nice front desk staff (thanks William) who steered us to some tasty tapas! Clean, cool, small hotel...love that! Breakfast is O.K. Beds are not great...cool hotel like this should have beds that you sleep like a baby on! When people write that getting into Granada city and to the parking lot is a challenge, they are not kidding! Be prepared! Parking facility is pretty close to the hotel and once you get into the city, you don't want to be using your car!!! Hotel gives a very good discount on an expensive parking lot.

My room was very comfortable and the facilities were very good. The reception staff were excellent. They were very helpful and had a good knowledge of the city and tourist spots. The view from the rooftop guest centre was great. The rooms were rather dark and needed brighter lighting to be able to see.

The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and accommodating. They provided great tips for sightseeing and restaurants in the city. The location is very good, it is located in the centre of town, with the bus stop for the bus to the Alhambra nearby. The rooms are very modern. There is a lovely terrace on the top floor for communal use, with views of the Alhambra. The bathroom had a bad odour on the first day. We mentioned this to hotel staff, who quickly rectified it. They also offered to move us to another room, but we didnt think this was necessary.

I liked how helpful the staff were. I would have liked the entrance/lobby to be bigger. I would have liked to be able to get a tea or coffee on the roof terrace.

Staff at reception were super friendly and helpful. They speak fluent English and answered all my question. overall the hotel is neat and clean with a modern touch. and the location is just perfect. The outlook is contem and modern, but inside,it is not practical as it looks like. -The window glass has a big crack on it -tv is relatively small and hard to watch when laying on bed -the shower was damaged and not safe, me and my bf got burnt by the switch.

Good location. Very friendly staff. Reasonable size rooms with good bathroom Rooms were dark - no overhead lighting and the room looked out onto another building so there was no natural light. I think they need to address this as it detracted from what were otherwise excellent rooms for the price.

The room was small but modern and clean and the air-conditioning worked well. The staff was very pleasant and offered suggestions when asked about recommendations for good restaurants and obtaining tickets to Alhambra. The location was excellent as far as being close to shopping and cafes. The breakfast room was pleasant, reasonably priced and offered a good selection of food.
