Good location to shopping, restaurants and tourist attractions. Quiet room
Location, friendliness, quietness, and probably anything else I can think of ....
Nothing comes to mind.
everything about is great! good breakfast ideal location.
absolutely nothing! :)
The hotel seems new, has a nice design, is very clean, and is generally speaking up to date. Friendly staff. They have a terrace on the 5th floor (without bar/restaurant) where you can bring your own wine and enjoy the view.
Small problem with A/C, but it wasn't really needed
Location was good. Easy to get around. Extremely clean.
Hallway has a peculiar odor, but it does not permeate into the room. Room is very small. Wi-fi is inconsistent. No coffee facilities in room and breakfast is not served until 8.
Location in beautiful Granada, modern room with great breakfast (warm & cold food plus fruitas) Located on a walking street with close proximity to tapa bars, shopping etc. Great views of Alahambra from the terrace at dusk Friendly helpful staff, portable wifi came in good use for navigating Granada.
Breakfast room too dark..couldn't read the newspaper
Location, modern, comfortable modern room, superb breakfast, price.
Coffee making facilities in room, or maybe a machine to get coffee within hotel, but not a big deal as step out hotel, cafes within 30m. In this day an age of sat tv,maybe an english channel on tv!
Good location Large room Roof top terrace
Check in unfriendly
The location was perfect...able to walk right into downtown. Helpful friendly staff...24 hr availability. Would absolutely recommend this hotel!!
Location Nice rooms Good hotel amenities
Lovely roof terrace with views of the palace In the historic old town but very quiet inside with lovely modern furniture Lovely breakfast, nice staff, cleaners etc 10 mins walk from the palace Amazing tapas bars, good atmosphere
Room little bit small but very nice for short break. Not enough space for toiletries in the bathroom but that's just me No major dislikes
quiet room with terrace nice view over granada
no bar or tea and coffee maker breakfast okay problems with air con controlled at front desk ? after complaining we were given a reduced rate
We arrived in Granada by bus so took the easy option of catching a cab to the end of Messones, but it was a short walk in with the suitcases as there is no taxi access to the door. On leaving, it was a short walk to catch the airport bus. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet and wifi good so ticked all the boxes. Access to the roof top terrace was a plus. The staff also responded immediately to my request to book tickets to visit the Alhambra when I discovered I couldn't do it on line from Australia before we left home.
1. The location was excellent for access to all city centre sites and restaurants. 2. Rooftop terrace lovely. 3. Comfortable room. 4. Friendly and very helpful staff. 5. Good standard of décor and everywhere was spotlessly clean. 6. Good breakfast with most pleasant waitress. 7. View of part of the Alhambra from roof terrace.
1. Being slightly picky the room could have been a little bigger with more storage space for clothes and also in the bathroom which lacked surfaces to put things on.
Location was perfect, everything on the doorstep. The room was spotlessly clean on arrival, the staff were very helpful. Amazing views on rooftop terrace
On arrival we were asked if we wished to pay extra 10€ for room with light which may be noisy as opposed to a dark, quiet room at theback. Fair enough we refused the option to check the rooms out and went for the brighter room. I would hate to see the darker rooms, not the hotels fault but the way the city is built! The noise didn't stop from 10 a.m. when the shops on this main street open, til 2 -3 am when the party scene is quieting down (weeknights), followed by street cleaners etc (the place is spotless!) at 4-5. Hell if you're a light sleeper. I'm fortunately able to block noise out but my partner wasn't as lucky. We stayed for 4 nights and the storage was nowherenear enough, the decor was beautiful and it's easy to oversee in photos but there are no drawers at all. This resulted in a very messy bedside for me and for 4 nights I dont find this acceptable. The very minimum is a drawer for bits and bobs and another for straighteners, makeup etc. Even the bathroom space was limited. I was really unhappy on day 1 but got over it rather than ruin the holiday. The terrace is not a bar and it's quite creepy up on the top floor once it's dark!
Use of space (in the room) All morning breakfast Facilities (in the room)
All night noise outside Noisy people in other rooms
Excellent facilities and staff with good breakfast provided.
Everything, especially the terrace on the 5th floor.
This hotel is in a great location and the staff are really helpful. The breakfast is good and the roof top terrace is really lovely.
We had requested a room with a balcony and was first put in one of the rooms looking into the interior i.e the worst rooms (I think there are only about 3 in the whole hotel). We then got moved to another room which was nice but a bit dark and maybe it was just our room (or the people in the room next to us) but you could hear everything.
room to the street was quite loud when opening the windows
Good location, very friendly staff, clean rooms, free wireless internet on the premises and free internet to go for Granada.
No direct access by car, extremely noisy (had room 208), so could hardly sleep, mattress too soft, breakfast ok but boring (every day the same things).
Bath room littel worn out
Location; breakfast included until noon
weird set-up of rooms and elevators
We loved the location .... could walk o most of the sights. Our room was tastefully decorated with king-size bed. We also really enjoyed the large balcony with two loungers and two chairs plus table. Lots of room to sit and enjoy the view. Also a public balcony overlooking Alhambra and the cathedral perfect for a sunset drink. Staff were mostly very helpful.
Nothing of note.
The location, right in the centre of everything, the shops, the bars and restaurants, even walked to The Alhambra. The directions they e/mailed us with the confirmation were so helpful and clear, more hotels should do this, saves a lot of stress on arrival. Nice breakfast too, again everything compact and quick
As other reviewers have mentioned there is noise from the street, but only to be expected really considering the location; have been in far noisier places.
