The ambience, friendly staff, English newspapers (no charge), location The lift only serves part of the hotel and we were in a 2nd floor room not served by the lift. Less fit or able guests could have difficulty. |

Great location once you found the hotel and checked in. Good breakfast Very inconvenient o park and find the hotel.Hassle to carry bags to inside street. Biggest complaint is that they only reimburse the taxi on the way to the hotel, not back to the parking garage. |

The hotel was absolutely amazing, one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in anywhere in the world. The staff were excellent and couldn't have been more helpful. Nothing - it was perfect! |

We had booked a room with 2 beds and they didn't have that available so they upgraded us to a larger room with one large bed. The room was very large and comfortable and the bathroom was also large and comfortable. The Breakfast was plentiful and they were very good about keeping things full. The hotel was lovely and the location was perfect. They upgraded us but they charged us an extra 20 Euros over my written confirmation. I was rushing to the airport and they didn't make any indication that they would change it so I had to let it go in order to make my plane. |

The friendly and extremely helpful staff. The proximity to the City Centre. The peaceful surroundings. The air conditioning did not work very well, However, as it was April, we opened the windows in the bedroom and bathroom and got a free flow of air. We did not mention this to the staff, as it was a minor complaint |

Staff quality; clean good facilities; pleasant style & design of hotel; breakfast was good++; location super. minor problem with noise due to hard surfaces and need for open windows. We were hot -we wanted air conditioning but the system appeared set to central heating only! This may relate to our Scottish habits of wishing a cool bedroom at night and it was a minor problem in the scheme of things. No facilities for tea/coffee during the day. |

The daytime front desk staff went way beyond helping us book a bus trip - and were extremely helpful and absolutely wonderful. The wireless internet service was difficult to access, and it took a long time to figure out. |

Excellent location, right in the city historical centre. Hotel staff is very nice and helpfull. The hotel was very clean and confortable. Free internet access is available. There are computers in the lobby for the guests and also Wifi in the rooms for the ones that bring laptops. |

Staff were very friendly and upgraded us to a larger room as we needed a rollaway bed for our little boy. The ambiance and location together with excellent price made thsi teh perfect place to stay. |

It was wonderful. Staff was helpful and friendly, breakfast was great, hotel was adorable, location was fantastic. Just that smoking was allowed in the foyer. We had a wonderful room with gorgeous, big windows that I wanted to open up, but it seemed that often there were guests smoking there and it drifted into our room, which was kind-of a bummer. |
