Location, efficient friendly staff, facilities, cleanliness and the roof top bar. Great hotel for a good visit to Madrid
Loved this place...funky design, big comfortable rooms, brilliant rooftop pool and bar - and in one of the most fun local areas of Madrid. All this, and so close to all the major tourist sites.
If u get tho with the inside vew ask for the top floors, unless you sleep in the chimney
Good Value. Nice location nice hotel. Very nice and helpful staff. I stayed on a Sunday and not many people around, so didn't make the most of the rooftop facilities, which looked pretty good.

Comfort, location and modern and nice hotel
We were upgraded to a suit which obviously appreciated. The design of the room is very elegant and it has excellent views.
However for being 'the best room in the hotel' it was in serious need of refurbishing ( particularly sofa and carpet). It is a shame but for the money we paid we would have expected a higher standard on this respect. Time for a serious refurbishing ( albeit not neccesarely redesign).
Great Location Rooftop Terrance is nice for drinks
Bed was shorter than normal Hot water ran out Lights didn't work properly Party goers returning at 3 and 4 am
the atmosfere is great with a nice pool club in the roof.It looks like the common trendy hotels you can see in traveller's magazines and ads. you will feel really in it. If you can afford it it's a really good option. In adition you will not improve the location because it is in the very center of the city and really close to the hotspots.
it's a little bit expensive for my budget.
We were mostly happy with our room, very clean and comfortable!
The shower door didn't close all the way so water poured out wetting the floor considerably, making it quite dangerous! We asked Giancarlo to open the window as the room was so hot & my partner suffers with asthma & air conditioning can be a problem at times.
great location excellent design free wifi gay friendly
A shower that was either too hot or too cold
The hotel got a nice roof top terrasse and is well located in Madrid. Room was clean and comfortable.
Chair on the Terrasse have to be booked in advance for quite a high price. Stafff is not flexible nor helpful or friendly. I general I would say the hotel is over priced and over rated for what it is. Elevators are a pain
The location is fine but not really a big deal too. There are many other better options. The reception lobby has been decorated well. The rooms are value for money.
We reached early no doubts about that. They did not have a room which is fine again. We were told to wait till 2 which was fine with us and we completely understood . we finally got our room at around 2.30 but the way one male guy (dont remember his name) at the reception took us through this ordeal was probably the most rude behaviour I have ever witnessed in my entire life at a hotel reception. it was ridiculous being asked on our arrival in a loud rude tone : DONT U KNOW THAT THE CHECK STARTS AT 2PM.
Booked a "smaller room without view". The allocated room was spacious and had a full size window - albeit looking into a light well. Breakfast very good quality and value.
Cost of G&T at rooftop bar
It was a trendy and comfortable hotel
Great location with friendly and helpful staff. The room interiors are pretty fabulous and modern. The buffet breakfast gave lots of choices.
I didn't like the fact that you had to pay extra to use the pool.
i liked everything, the room, the price, the design, the location, and the terrace !!!! what a great place to watch the sunset over Madrid
- location, location, location - nice modern design - good quality breakfast - good quality Wi-Fi connection - quick check-in and check-out
- the roof-top terrace is very popular with out-of-hotel patrons. In consequence, wait time for the lift can get unbearably long, better take stairs - roof-top pool is very small and unbelivably, requires an additional fee for the hotel guests.
Stylish and Modern Hotel. Room Very Clean and comfortable. Hotel Staff Very Professional and Helpful. Nice pool deck and lounge area on roof, but small.
Extra cost to reserve a lounge at Pool Deck.
The noises on the 7th floor at night
Fantastic service from reception staff. Perfect location. Super design
