The hotel had its own parking The location Size of rooms were good given price paid Bathrooms were clean Breakfast was good value (we hadn"t had toast for a while!) Cleaning staff were really friendly

Parking entrance was a bit tight Our request for bed combinations wasn't fulfilled and we were given two doubles when we needed a double and a twin room. Was rectified on the second try.

Great location & with easy walking access to center city.

Difficult to find parking garage. Returning to hotel from parking easy however.

Terrific staff - they 'own' the job! Excellent location, spacious room (we had an 'executive' room) very comfortable bed.

Shower screen not very effective, leading to a very wet bathroom floor.

Absolutely no internet connection. They should remove WIFI from their amenities. Very frustrating. It was a very loud hotel. Walls are too thin and it was distracting. Would not recommend this hotel.

There was no high chair in the dining room for our 1 year old.

The location was excellent - only minutes away from all the key attractions.

The underground parking was challenging - very little room to manoevre. Park on the street if possible. The hotel entrance was initially difficult to find - it's well signposted from the Grand Via but not as obvious as it could be once you are off the main road.

Getting the car into the underground garage was a bit of a shock. Very little space to manouvre.

This is really well located within yards of the Plaza Mayor. It has its own underground car park as well, really handy in Salamanca. Will book it again.

our room and bed were uncomfortably small' almost without daylight. not "spacious" as promised in the reservation form. yet , everything needed was in the room.

The room seemed very small given the cost of staying at the hotel, the location was terrific and the breakfasts were good. The woman organising the breakfasts seemed very professional and friendly

Our room for 3 people was spacious and comfortable and even had a sofa. Staff were very cheerful and helpful (recommending places to eat etc.) The hotel is located right in the heart of Salamanca but is not at all noisy. Strongly recommend it.

Location is perfect next to Plaza del Mercado and steps to Plaza Major. Easy walk to take the bus for Train Station.

"Boutique-iness" of rooms where design is placed above guest comfort. Light switches confusing so you turn on lights above bed instead of reading lamp (which is tiny). Hall lights shine into your face when in bed if someone goes to closet. No outlets for computers, etc you have to unplug floor lamps. No lock on bathroom door. Soaps placed at opposite end of bathroom from tub/shower - so if you don't plan, you have to get out all wet to find them. No counter space to put your cosmetics, etc. Very stylish, but I doubt the designer ever spent the night or considered the comfort of guests over 'boutique style'. After all, this is a hotel, not a showroom... But otherwise, a very good experience.
