Very central location close to the Plaza Mayor and the cathedral. the staff on reception and at breakfast were excellent.

Difficult to find, as the signposts on Gran Via point through some narrow bollards into a pedestrianised area. The single rooms are very small. The underground car park is very tight and extreme care needs to be taken in a medium size car.

No hair dryer available in the bedroom. Hotel difficult to find in the city, no visible sign in the street.

Parking entrance was a bit tight Our request for bed combinations wasn't fulfilled and we were given two doubles when we needed a double and a twin room. Was rectified on the second try.

Absolutely no internet connection. They should remove WIFI from their amenities. Very frustrating. It was a very loud hotel. Walls are too thin and it was distracting. Would not recommend this hotel.

There was no high chair in the dining room for our 1 year old.

The location was excellent - only minutes away from all the key attractions.

The underground parking was challenging - very little room to manoevre. Park on the street if possible. The hotel entrance was initially difficult to find - it's well signposted from the Grand Via but not as obvious as it could be once you are off the main road.

Getting the car into the underground garage was a bit of a shock. Very little space to manouvre.

This is really well located within yards of the Plaza Mayor. It has its own underground car park as well, really handy in Salamanca. Will book it again.

our room and bed were uncomfortably small' almost without daylight. not "spacious" as promised in the reservation form. yet , everything needed was in the room.

The room seemed very small given the cost of staying at the hotel, the location was terrific and the breakfasts were good. The woman organising the breakfasts seemed very professional and friendly

Very friendly & helpful staff. Good location next to Plaza Mayor. The hotel has a subterranean garage - a little narrow but ok.

Our room for 3 people was spacious and comfortable and even had a sofa. Staff were very cheerful and helpful (recommending places to eat etc.) The hotel is located right in the heart of Salamanca but is not at all noisy. Strongly recommend it.
