Your staff are so rude. You still owe me 60 euros deposit. I come to lloret del mar every year and stay at the rosa. I will never stay again due to your reception staff. You should be ashamed to call yourself a hotel. Your nothing but a hostel.

Super bon rapport qualité prix (375e) a 2 pour 4 jours en all inclusive!! Repas correct,chambre nettoyé tous les jours et serviettes propre,personnel de restauration trés agréable et souriant!dommage qu'il n'en soit pas de même pour le chef barman (trop tendu).pour le bruit c'est normal on ne va pas a lloret de mar pour dormir!!et encore l'hotel et trés bien situé!!voila nous sommes trés content de notre séjour!(couple de 35 ans)

un parking qui ressemble à un champ de bataille pour 15 euros par jour, beaucoup de bruit, à partir de 21h vous ne pouvez plus diner, balcon en ruine , rapport qualité prix tres cher ne justifie pas ses pretentions

Es un hotel muy bien ubicado en pleno corazon de Lloret. Hemos gozado de la tranquilidad de su bonito y cuidado jardin. Todo el personal del hotel es muy atento. Tiene un desayuno tipo bufet muy bueno y variado. Volveremos.....

Nous avons sejourné dans cet hotel il y a environ 3 ans et nous avions ete très satisfait c'est pour cela que nous avons voulu y retourner mais nous n'avons cette fois-çi pas pris une suite mais une chambre vu sur piscine ce n'est pas du tout la mème chambre bien sur Si vous voulez séjourné dans cet hotel il faut prendre une suite niveau prix il n'y a pas beaucoup de différence mais ça n'a rien à voir là nous avons été très déçu par la chambre très basique le mènage laisse à désirer le premier jour nous avons eu dans la salle de bain le nécessaire de toilette ainsi que les verres à brosse à dents ,après terminé il a fallu aller acheter de quoi se laver plus rien à été mis dans la chambre l'hotel été rempli de plusieurs groupes d'enfants et adolescents car il y avait un tournoi international à lloret peut ètre que l'hotel a voulu faire des économies de necessaire de toilettes à ce moment là ce n'est pas grave mais pas normal du tout

Le jardin bien entretenu et le buffet du petit déjeuner varié et j'ai apprécié le dimanche les spécialités espagnol. Nous avions réserver pour une suite junior et nous avons eu une chambre lit double normal chambre 436 !
