Difficult to find parking difficult

People who was working in the hotel is nice.

But the workers can not do anything about the hotel. The hotel is bad. It need all new facelift inside and outside. It was not cleand, the bed was very bad to sleep. The restorant is bad bad. And they asking money for parking later when I checking out. It can be very nice hotel when theare is new owners who has better ideas about hotel !!!

Ongezellige kamer zonder verwarming terwijl het buiten 10 graden was. Hotel is moeilijk te vinden, ligt in de oude binnenstad met nauwe straatjes en eenrichtingswegen.

Large bedroom. Good location. Good value.

Old fashioned. Hotel has not been renovated for a long time. Parking was full.

We booked a superior room but on arrival, the room we were given was certainly not "superior". We complained and were then given a room that was much better and acceptable. There was no WiFi in the room - only in the reception area. The tv only had one channel - and this of course was in Spanish. The breakfast was quite a miserable affair with no back up service so no chance of a sec on cup of coffee / tea.

Excellent staff, friendly and helpful. Fantastic position. Good restaurant food and good breakfast with plenty of choice.Really good value.

A nice comfortable friendly hotel situated in the centre of town. A small but nice swimming pool and terrace. Secure parking for the motorbike.

We had a bar b q meal on the terrace where the chef cooked lamb chops & squid for the two of us. The food was great & the service was superb. Great idea. The plunge pool is a very useful feature in the hot summer months-wish we'd remembered our swimming gear though!!! Rooms large & quiet & we woke up to wonderful sunrise's as we were on the 2nd floor. Would recommend this hotel & we'd stay again.

Perfect location, excellent staff, very clean and very comfortable room.

There is nothing we didn't like about the hotel.

Free public parking available but could be difficult to find a place. Nevertheless try first to find a place and if couldn't than use the private park of the hotel that is expensive (10 € / day). Located in the historic centre.

The swimming pool is very small.

The reception and the room for the breakfast are underground with no windows.

Charming hotel in an excellent location. Staff and facilities were fine. There is a restaurant in site and several others within easy walking distance.

Parking is in fact quite limited. We were lucky to get the last space. If visiting again I would try to book.parking by email or arrive early in the day. The elevator access to the garage is very narrow.

Very helpful staff and a great location.

The internet connection was very poor! A a seasoned traveller who uses the internet for not only email but also tourist info I find this very disappointing. The hotel advertise itself as having 'free wifi'. What a joke! the signal was very poor and constantly unavailable. Really there is no excuse for this! Please managers, go sit in room 410 where I slept and try it yourself! I feel I deserve a refund.

Friendly greeting and excellent location.

The room was big, very clean with a huge double bed. Very friendly and helpful receptionist with good English. The hotel is almost right at the Plaza de Mayo, so right in the historic town center. Everything, including the bus station is in good walking distance.

De gehuurde auto paste precies in de autolift naar de garage in de kelder. De kamers waren ruim en schoon, comfortabele bed en badkamer. Ontbijt was compleet maar sfeerloos

Ubicacion, trato personal, muy profesionales, acogedores y serviciales.

Frio en la habitacion. Sistema de calefaccion muy precario, defectuoso, no estando al nivel de la categoria del hotel. Cuarto de baño bastante precario en cuanto a su equipacion.

faltaba el frigorifico en las habitaciones, y mi ducha no tenia mampara era de cortina se nos salio el agua.

Zeer slecht gelegen kamer zonder uitzicht en de hele nacht om de 2 minuten een zware slag op iets wat metaal zou kunnen zijn. Wij hebben de prive parkplaats voor de auto gratis bekomen en nog hebben voor dit hotel teveel betaald
