The stay was perfect. There is really good and friendly staff on the front desk and in the restaurant. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a good service. The restaurant offers a wide variety of food on breakfast. The location is perfect, next to most important things of the city. It’s really quite, as there’s only families and no teenager groups. Just recommend it to everyone.

Prima hotel maar wel verouderd, zeker Geen vier sterren! Eten was oke maar daar blijft het ook bij, cocktails waren niet te drinken. Zwembad was fijn voor de kids, de glijbaan had veel tape om lekkage tegen te houden waardoor hij niet lekker gleed, vond mijn zoon erg jammer...het hotel needs à fesh make over. Game hal was leuk voor de kids ook pool en pingpong. Prima voor overnachting maar zou er niet een week of langer willen zitten.

Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Kleine hotelkamers, maar dank zij het hotelpersoneel die dag nog ongeboekt naar een appartement. Verder vond ik na een aantal dagen het ontbijt en het diner vrij standaard worden.

Ubicación excelente gran piscina De 4 estrellas nada!!! Como mucho 2. Los habitaciones muy viejos. El desayuno muy pobre. El ascensor estaba fuera de servicio.

Les differentes piscines dont celle couverte pour les enfants car a notre sejour il ne faisait pas assez chaud pour se baigner dehors Les lits et oreillers beaucoup trop durs. La proprete des chambre etait un peut juste

Cet hôtel est bien situé pratique et raisonnable au niveau qualité prix. Correcte personnel d accueil souriant et agréable Le petit déjeuner est très peu varié et le personnel de service du petit dejeuner n est pas très souriant. De plus il est. Ken dommage de ne pas avoir de personne bilingue dans cet hôtel. Mise à mars l espagnol le français et l anglais ne sont pas compris du personnel

“The staff were very polite and helpful the rooms were not overly large but were cleaned to a high standard an added bonus was the gym and spa facilities were included in the price The food was very good a varied menu of dishes that where always served Hot not luke warm like I have had in other hotels. I must mention Jose the recepcionist he was extremely polite and was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for him.Overall the hotel was good value for money if we ever go to lloret again we would stay again” Grahame, Alfas Del Pi Alicante |
