The staff is friendly and helpful; my room, on the 3rd floor, was very spacious and had a nice, modern bathroom. The free snacks and beverages (from 4 to 10 pm) was an agreeable surprise. It has a good location, with cafés, bars, and shops in the vicinity, and the historic center is within walking distance (10m). The car parking is also very near the hotel.

The staff was amazing! Very friendly and helpful. I emailed them before arriving and asked since the breakfast was included in the price if it was possible to have a gluten free option and they were more than happy to satisfy my request. They even had cookies and rice cakes during their free snack time (4pm-10pm). Needless to say I am very happy with the service of this hotel and would return and recommend it to anyone going to visit Santiago.

Very good hotel at a good location. Especially the staff, Melissa and Carmen are very friendly and helpful and speak very good English, making us immediately feeling at home. Breakfast is excellent with A.O. tasty regional cakes and the "tea time" between 4 and 10 pm is very good, as the restaurants are not open before 8:30 or 9:00 pm. Location is ok, slightly outside the city center in a quiet neighbourhood, less than 10 minutes walking through the shopping area to the old city. Wifi is good. There is a lift to get the you+ luggage to the 3rd floor.

Hotel is so clean and comfortable! Airport shuttle bus stop is very close to the hotel (i.e. 2 min walk! And same street!). Probably due to the thin wall/ door, it’s only a little, but noisy.

The friendliness and courtesy of the staff singled this hotel out for me. Also, while not located in the historical district of Santiago de Compostela the low price of a taxi makes this irrelevant. Maybe a cooked breakfast would be nice, but otherwise, very satidfied in every respect.

“I liked that it was evocative of an "older spain" with the vintage photos, plain but tasteful decor. I also liked the textures from the fine sheets on the bed to the designs and materials used in the building and room. Mini fridge is always welcome when you are traveling on a budget and like to have your own breakfast or lunch in your room.” Dorothy, Dawson Creek |
