Like everywhere I've been so far in Spain mattress is too hard.

Perfect location, convenient parking, right across the street from the beach in the middle of all the "action". Nice breakfast which was included

What flattering things can one say about a seaside Spanish hotel in low season (February, in this case)? The place was reasonably easy to find, but a complete swine to park anywhere near (a fairly standard situation in Spain). At least one member of staff spoke English (an advantage for fellow travellers rather than me – as I speak the lingo). The place was clean and the hot water supply created opportunities for amusement, if you were taking a shower. Breakfast was excellent with a range of things like bacon, sausages and tortilla (a suitable substitute the scrambled egg). As an Englishman I did get so fed up with the continental idea of what you should have for breakfast. You can shove your croissant, I'll go for high cholesterol every time! For a Spanish hotel, the underground car park was downright spacious!

Why, oh why, given the Wi-Fi extend to the hotel rooms? To make my onward hotel booking I had to sit in a noisy coffee bar downstairs! I really like having a good moan about things and I have to admit that I'm pushed to think of anything (even nitpickingly small) to complain about!

Great position, rooms spacious and comfortable. good choice at breakfast

The location is excellent right by the beach. The price is very reasonable.

The spa and gym are in a poor condition (broken material and a bit dirty). The walls need a coat of paint. We paid for a sea view it was a 1/3 true (just an angle over the balcony). The breakfast wasn't excellent especially the orange juice and the coffee and I had to make the bed (just sheets,no blankets although it's winter).

Its a local hotel, friendly staff, in the right location.

The noise was terrible.

Yet again another great stay at this hotel the staff are always so helpfull the hotel on a great location over looking the beach. The breakfast is great also so much to eat you do not need lunch. I always stay at this hotel when I am traveling to see my family in France

Nice room,very good facilities and breakfast very nice

We had two rooms. One double for mature couple and one quad for 4 /two small children. The rooms were both comfortable and clean. Roomy and with sea views and bathrooms. The pool on the roof was a bonus as was the small bar/coffee shop next to it. The breakfast had lots of choice and would/should be more than enough for all tastes. Next to the beach,parking,shops,restaurants and everything you need for a holiday near the sea or a weekend away from the city. Very helpful staff. Will return on our next trip to Roses with no hesitation. Great hotel for a great price.

The staff were great and couldn't be more helpful. The breakfast was was excellent with a wide choice of food, so much better than most other hotels - even four star - that I have stayed in. There is a a very relaxing pool / sauna / gym at the top of hotel with great views and a modern bar. The hotel is just a short walk to the great restaurants of Rose - I have never seen so many (seriously) - and we never had anything short of very good quality meals. The beach is just over the road from the hotel and we felt confident that it was safe that was fine for a 10 year old to cross alone. The room was bright and cheerful and spotlessly clean. All in all 10/10 but please don't tell anyone else as we don't want it to become too popular as it is just good the way it is.

it was good job we were on top floor of the hotel as it is on the main roundabout and the two lanes of traffic did not stop all day or night. i think it was over priced but it was the area, a 6/10 overall
