This is a gorgeous place/ apartment that you don't want to leave; everything feels good in a nice atmosphere!

Helena and Mirella were both very helpful, the apartment was in an excellent location very close to the metro station and close to a bakery shops and restaurants, we had a lovely stay in Barcelona thank you

The apartment is in a nice location with good transport links and not far from some of the shopping centres. Very nice welcome on arrival. very comfortable to relax in pool is an advantage when the weather is good. There are shops close by for daily essentials and a supermarket in the shooping center a 10 minute walk away. Buying the T10 ticket for the transport is very good value and the train station is a very short walk away. We would use this again if availabe for a trip to Barcelona again as it is good value for money. We had a good time and the wifi is excellent.

Didn't know that one of the twin rooms had bunk beds ( maybe I missed reading it). A very minor point is that there are odd numbers of cups and different size glasses possibly as they have been breakages but that is a very very minor point.

As this was our first time staying at an apartment. We didn't know what to expect and what our experience would be like. I have to say that it was more than we expected. From the time we arrived until the end we enjoyed our stay. Helena was waiting for us when we arrived, greeted us, showed us the apartment, it's amenities and gave us a lot of useful information. She had maps of the surrounding area of the apartment, maps of the city and the metro map. She gave recommendations on restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores, and must see and to do things. They really make you feel welcomed and they have really thought of everything to insure you enjoy your stay and even make you feel at home. I would definitely go back.

Apartment, space for the family, facilities (eg washing machine, dish washer etc), pool. Helena provided fabullous advice on how to get around Barcelona and where to visit - really helpful. Helena also arranged our taxis back to airport. Definitely would stay again.

Everything was perfect.The apartment was modern, clean, spacious and well-decorated. The terrace was a good place for us to start every day during our stay with hearty breakfast. When we checked in, we were greeted by Helena who was nice and very helpful.

Very very good apartments. Super clean, tasteful decoration, Helpful Helena. 2 minute walk to public transportation.

The accommodation is very high quality, in a good location, not too near the city centre if you like a quiet time, but only yards from the nearest Metro which only takes 8 minutes to the city centre. Nice restaurants around the area itself. Helena and Alexandros (her son) are great to deal with. Highly recommended.

It was a very modern apartment. The courtyard was lovely, and the location was great. Helena, the owner, was very helpful and accommodating, although we never actually meet her or any of the other staff--a neighbor kindly let us into the apartment when we showed up much earlier than expected. Helena also arranged a taxi for us at the end of our stay. There was also complimentary wifi and coffee. The kitchen was just fine. We all had a good time. We were traveling with our two young children--9 and 7 years--who loved the fold-out bunk beds.

It was a bit cramped.

This was a really nice, spacious and high standard appartment. The private terrasse and common pool area was very nice. We were greated by lovely Helena which showed us the place and gave us relevant tourist tips for the nearby area and Barcelona in general. The appartment is situated in a qiut area close to the metro, which will take you to the Pl Catalonia in less than 10 minutes.

The kitchen lacked some tools and the swimming pool was a bit cold even if it is mentioned as all-year use

We (a couple plus older relative) really enjoyed our stay there, as it was an oasis of calm outside of central Barcelona. We stayed in two apartments, the first the penthouse, which is for 4, which was very well appointed, but the second bedroom was on a different level from the other rooms and the bathroom so did not suit, so Helena very kindly offered to move us the next day to the apartment on the lower ground floor, which was excellent as it larger (sleeps 6) and so has 2 bathrooms, and the French windows open out on to the patio area and the pool. Helena was very helpful; she showed us all of the appliances. There were also small supplies for tea, coffee, sugar, and olive oil plus cleaning materials, (washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets) She also gave us maps of the shops and places to eat locally and wider afield, which were very useful and she booked our taxi to get us to the airport. All in all, if we were to stay in Barcelona again, this is the place I would choose.

Not so much as a dislike, but the split level penthouse was not suitabe for us, but would be for others - so worth checking before booking. Also some of the bedrooms are on the road side of the apartments, and so you can hear the build up of traffic in the morning, but compared to central Barcelona it is a very very quiet residential area.

I loved that whomever (Helena) put these apartments together really thought about what people would need... this apartment had everything from spacious layout, to the privacy of the deck, to pots and pans, to the laundry.... everything

Outstanding apartment! Very well furnished. Clean, modern and with all comforts one would need on a short break like this. Lovely terrace with nice small pool. We stayed in the smallest apartment but it was more than ok for our family with 2 kids (8 and 10). Location very close to metro - only 5 stops from plaza Catalunya.

Everything was perfect, the apartment as well as the welcome from and guidance from our host.

Good location (less than 5 minutes to the closest metro station or to nearest supermarket). Staff was very helpfull throughout our stay. Small but nice swimming pool.

Unfortunately, although the standard of apartment is very high, rooms adjacent to the Dr Roux street are very noisy both at the evening, and in the morning which makes it difficult to sleep well there. If possible, try to to chose those near the swimming pool.

Fabulous apartment, brilliant staff. Pool and balcony big hit with kids. Very easy access to Metro.

Great place for family. Very clean and Helena was great.

May want to include directions on use of espresso maker. The washer/dryer broke down while we were there, but that's not their fault.

Great spacious ground floor appartment. The private terrace has allowed us to have breakfast outside. Ideal with kids (we have three aged 4, 6 and 8). The kids have space, and so have the parents once the kids are asleep. Metro is indeed nearby, just like a bakery (breakfast!) and a supermarket. Helena is a great host! With kids, we would defenitely return to the same appartment ! Highly recommended.

In line with other comments: the street is quite busy and the sound insulation is not so good. The two bedrooms (one with 2 single beds / one with a staple bed) at the street side are noisy. No real problem for our kids, but I wouldn't have liked sleeping there. The master bedroom (at the inner courtyard) is very quite. Although worth the money (we would defenitely return), the appartment isn't cheap. So decent but not excellent value for money!

Clean, lots of space, very nice interior and exterior design, excellent equipment including dish washer, washing machine, dvd player, wifi, pool. 10 minutes from downtown with subway (don't bring a car to Barcelona). Quiet neighbourhood. Excellent staff. All in all, we could not be more happy with our choice of place to stay.

Fantastische stad met vele mogelijkheden en vriendelijke mensen. Veel gezellige terrasjes en straatmuzikanten

Metro heel dichtbij. Appartement met 3 slaapkamers was groot, net en modern. Gelijkvloers met groot terras en directe toegang tot het zwembad. Overal airco.

Slaapkamers aan de straatkant waren niet goed geïsoleerd ( lawaai 's morgen Zwembad niet verwarmd.

Хорошие чистые апартаменты с тремя спальнями. Одна мастер-бедрум, вторая спальня с двумя кроватками, третья для детей с двухэтажной кроватью. Бассейн на веранде. Правда без подогрева и поэтому воспользоваться не удалось. В остальном все хорошо. Чистые, относительно новые и уютные. В двух минутах хотьбы от метро (бывшая правительственная ветка B-6, которая считается в Барселоне самой чистой и до центра города всего 2 остановки (около 8 минут)).

Видимо не проговорили заранее, но за 3 дня никто ни разу не приходил убраться.
