The pictures don't lie, the place is beautiful. Excellent value for money (end of April). Atmosphere is good.

Beware! They say that internet is free, they don't say it is free for 30 minutes only. They say they have indoor pool. They don't say that kids can't go in there. They say that all is included, they don't say that drinks are not included in dinner (and quite expensive too: 2.40 Euros for 20ml drink). I don't like places that pull these kind of tricks on you.

Location, fantastic beach, good & varied food, friendly staff, excellent entertainment, proximity of another Iberostar hotel which allowed kids in its indoor pool, proximity of golf fields, very nice atmosphere

The 400 people conference the hotel housed during my stay, then the noise in the restaurant was unbearable

That we were charged for leaving our car in the hotel parking and tha wifi was not free as in other hotels we have stayed in.

I didn´t like very much the cover from the bed.

This is the third visit to Chiclana and it never fails to impress. The staff are friendly,polite and very efficient. The choice at the breakfast and dinner buffet is one of the best i've seen. For a relaxing break, with stunning views, you can't beat it.

The pillows are a bit hard....so we bring our own!

Rather cold in the room (at this time of the season) and there is no possibility to switch on the condition. Absence of bathrobes and slippers in the room.

Location. Side sea-view rooms, animation. Culture program. Eco-friendly wood footpaths from hotel territory to ocean coastline. Hotel's territory, inside and outside as well.

The views of the sea were impressive. The staff was really friendly and helpful. You have two pool areas the one that doesn't have the kids pool is quieter, I prefered this one but purely because my children are teenagers. Breakfast was perfect!

My bed was unfortunately 'squeaky' so every time I moved we all woke up :(

The signature Iberostar quality can be felt everywhere at this resort. It has all the amenities plus a fabulous breakfast buffet. The rooms are large and most overlook the beach. The chocolates on the bed were a lovely personal touch.

Almost everything in addition to your room is paid. From wi-fi to double oceanview. You need to make a deposit to get towels.

very good resort in a vicinity which otherwise does not have much interest. either you stay in the hotle and take profit of its activities, or you drive to Cadiz ! Hotel quality very high for the cost

Rooms are very old, old hotel, the nearby Andaluz much better, food is excellent. Ocean smart, unbelievably beautiful beach, but the hotel is better to choose another.

No free wifi is silly, 12 euro an hour rediculous. Todays standards require free wifi, now you end up drinking ( spending money) in a bar offering free wifi. Safe should also be free!

Excellent food. Very helpful, professional and friendly staff. Very close to wonderful beach. Good gymnasium. Chambermaid was brilliant; always did our room when it was convenient for us and it was always done very throughly.

Car parking not good; often had to park 2/300 metres away from hotel. I think it is wrong that chilled water is not provided at dinner, as it is at breakfast, and that a small bottle of still water or a 'coke' is charged at € 2.20. Also, I expect a 4* hotel to provide free Wi-fi.

This was my first stay at this hotel chain. On arrival the reception staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. I was given a room of my choice as per my original booking. The room was very well presented and clean and modern in design. The restaurant was in very good decorative order as was all the hotel areas. Breakfast buffet was particularly good. I was all inclusive which was very good value. The lunch and evening meal was good but not so much choice as the breakfast. I usually stay at the Rui Hotel chain and l would have to admit, the food at the Rui is exceptional with tremendous choices and the food at this hotel does not match the Rui but l would still describe it as good. The hotel has a wonderful setting, right next to a stunning beach and this whole area has a stunning coastline. I love cycling and was able to go on fantastic cycling routes nearby the hotel although l would recommend taking your own cycle if you can as it can work out expensive if you hire cycles every day. The hotel had a very nice atmosphere and l would visit this hotel again.

The car parking under the hotel is expensive 10 euros a day. I made the mistake once of ordering a bottle of wine that was not included in the all-inclusive deal because nobody had explained what was included and what was not included.

I liked the buffet was excellent wide variety of different food selection every day new and fresh amazing for this money ! Also liked the nice garden area and peacefull location.

Actullay I didn"t like that if I wanna use the internet I have to pay and not cheap this not nice but I accept and the swimming pool the indoor u cant use only if pay for the spa other hotel has indoor swimming pool for everyone and if someone wants use the spa so he will pay for it.

La amabilidad del personal, las instalaciones estupendas, la ubicación perfecta. Cerca de todos los lugares de interés. Un hotel ideal para cualquier tipo de viaje
