superb concept for a hotel -design and choice of furnishings wonderful. nice having one's own kitchen, but rather a long walk to the supermarket.

- Spacious, truly luxury accommodation, amazing interiors, truly top-notch - Huge, fully equipped for sun-bathing private terrace with private pool - Good SPA facilities, long opening hours - Private parking garage - Standalone, quiet location, privacy and yet close to all local sights - Great warm outdoor pool - Amazing views on the mountains, valleys, golf course and the Atlantic - Sophisticated decor - Tea facilities at the terrace - Very good value for money given prices in similar top-notch accommodation in Costa Adeje - Personal greeting and attention from the hotel's General Manager - Breakfast can be improved in terms of varieties and staff could be more attentive during breakfast - Checkout process could be more efficient - Private solar heated pools are obviously not warm enough in cloudy/rainy days - Selection of free toiletries can be improved to suit the 5* G.L rating - No activities/facilities specially designed for children - Turndown service present, but does not assume emptying the trash bin

Loved the attention to detail. Loved the spa Loved the staff Hotel done to the highest quality Serene Calm Blissfull No sky tv to keep kids occupied Breakfast too short from 8.30am to 10.30 am and needs more variety. Room service needs a better menu. But in fairness, the manager did say they were "working on" getting sky tv and other English channels

Beautiful hotel, exceptional facilities including gym and spa. Decor and furnishings were outsranding. Comfort excellent. Amazing breakfast. A holiday experience of the highest quality. Restaurant far too pricey for the quality and choice of food available. If they want to charge those prices they need a better chef.

I loved the concept of having a villa but the service of a 5 star hotel the restaurant was very nice but the food could have been better especially the half board menu available. This would not stop me going back though as the place was fantastic

It is a very well designed hotel , quiet , private, nice villas- rooms, excellent breakfast and private parking . They got spa and squash or gym facilities and is just next to a golf club . Massage are available , prices are good including at the mini bar in your room.

Una decoración bellísima, propia de un amante de los detalles. El Servicio del personal no parece de un 5 estrellas G.L. Deberían recordar que el trato al cliente es lo mas importante en todo negocio, y en ese aspecto les animo, por favor, a mejorar.

Ein tolles Hotel mit schönen Villen die sehr gepflegt sind und allen Komfort haben den man sich wünscht. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und reichhaltig. Das Personal absolut freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir werden wieder da logieren.
