Royal Plaza  

I've stayed at the Royal Plaza before & it's great if you want a central hotel with all the amentities. The rooms are spacious & the bathrooms are wonderful. The mini bar is well stock with great variety. They also have a roof top pool, bar & restaurant and the views from there to The Castle are lovely. The staff are very friendly and the service is impeccable and last but not least the cleaners do a fantastic job of cleaning the rooms, fresh towels & there is even a card that you can leave on your bed requesting fresh sheets or not. Brilliant!

This hotel is central so you won't get a room with a view & sometimes they can only offer an internal room. I have stayed in both and the internal room is great if you want peace, but the rooms with balcony in the summer can be pretty noisy, but that all said it is a hotel in the Center, so like any city if you want ro be in the thick of it all then you have to compromise. If you can over look that then it's perfect. I would recommend this hotel every time.

great breakfast. quiet location

no air conditioning. we were told it wasn't working because it was still cold at night! Wifi wasn't great. pay movies were in spanish none in english.

The rooms were very clean and the maids were friendly. The breakfast was good with a very wide choice to choose from. It was in easy walking distance to ibiza town.

The view at the front is of a large car park. But it wasn't noisy.

The staff were extremely helpful. One recommended an amazing tapas place where locals go to eat which was teg best food I had all holiday. I have OCD issues was extremely pleased that the rooms were extremely clean. I would thoroughly recommend Royal Plaza to anyone.

I liked the pool and hte food near hte pool was very good

I found the staff unfriendly and rude. I had my luggage stolen from my room along with my friends and the staff were appalling at dealing with this and very rude and did not want to be helpful or supportive at all. It was the night shift guy and it was like he could not be bothered to help at all.

Nice hotel on prime location in Ibiza. Although not walking distance to the beach, transport with boats (3-10euro) is fun and cheap. Directly next to the harbour, and shopping centre. The hotel is nice, and for the period of time the only 4* hotel that had a 'value' price. Room was nice and big, great beds and excellent hotel staff. The spa was for private use with jacuzzi and the top floor offered a nice view and not too busy swimming pool.

A bit expensive but okay

Value for money was very poor because it is yet an old hotel that has been well-maintained and because it was booked at the end, the rates were jacked up far beyond normal for the stay. Although, I had asked for a sea view, I was not informed prior that the hotel does not face the sea. Expected more proactiveness from the male members of the reception/concierge.

Situated 5 minutes walk from Ibiza town port, friendly staff, excellent buffet breakfast, good modern rooms. Rooftop pool and sun loung area.

Great location near port in Ibiza Town. Quiet hotel away from main roads but close to walk to everything. Was able to sleep during the day after a few late nights out.

Most of the staff appeared indifferent or uninterested. No real problems but not a real friendly vibe. Didn't really impact my stay though.
