Score from 108 reviews Very good
lack of friendly ship of staff and didn't tell me anything about hotel.
The location is central to the old town..that is the only good thing about this hotel.
Everything about this hotel is poor, from the unfriendly staff to the standard of cleaning. A group of us was staying for a long weekend..the rooms are cramped and poorly lit, with only one light I the bathroom. Once you pull the shower curtain you were in complete darkness. We found old pants an socks in the drawers from a previous guest and dirty tissues under beds!! Save your money and book one of the other 1000's of good cheap quality hotels in Benidorm.
Excellent location, friendly staff, value for money.
Very basic accommodation & furnishings.
Great location and hotel is excellent but in need of renovation but for the price no complaints
Location was spot on and it was cheap and friendly
Lots of good tapas bars near. Great atmosphere in the area. No drunken Brits falling over at 5pm in the afternoon. You get what you pay for - don't expect 5* facilities for 2* money.
Nothing really. Would stay here again. Cheap and cheerful.
Location of the hotel
Naked owner patrolling corridor landings in the early hours of the morning Paid 20€ deposit for safe key only got 10€ back because not enough money in float Having to hand in key every time you leave hotel Anyone can ask for your room key as staff don't check.
Staff were really friendly and helpful
Very small and a touch noisy
the room was good for the price, maid service daily, clean towels every 2 days, sheets changed after 4 days. powerful hot water for shower. kettle, tea & coffee provided, safe in room. Right in the centre of the gay area/ spanish area of Old Town
Noisy until late as facing a very busy square. Mirror in bathroom, just 2 hooks where it should be. No information given on arrival, you needed to ask.
Location brilliant, 5 mins to poniente beach, 2mins to shops, bars, clubs, brilliant drag show every night in hotel, food in hotel brill, staff really friendly, especially david on reception. Had the best holiday ever in the old town, safe and friendly. Deffo staying again.
Noisy bin men early hours, but not hotels fault. Also, gets busy and noisy in the square outside, so if you like peace and quiet, you maybe not like a room over the square, ask for a room on the back.
the location was good and the staff friendly
the room stunk of sewerage and there were cockroaches in the bathroom. It was so bad that we left and found another hotel.
This hotel is in a central location so can be quite busy - yes noisy but not loud. from the outside looks good & the show in the evening was brilliant!
the hotel is looking very tired and the rooms are really basic - our friends who we stopped with said there bedding was soiled!
We stayed alongside 2 other friends. We had a twin room. Air con was new and efficient. New bathroom. Cleaning ladies were fun and helpful . Good cheap rates. Leaving key with reception.
Our friends on 3rd floor had old air con that didn't work. Overall shabby room especially lumpy bed and dreadful pillows. Furniture falling apart. One one key so if you came home at different times..was a problem. As they keep the key, you have to wake your roomie or leave the door open..which can have a whole different meaning in a gay hotel!!! Silly mistakes that wouldn't take much organisation to sort out!! Handle less mugs, broken TV, shabby broken furniture, stained beds and lumpy pillows!!
Location, young bar staff.
Very basic room, no lock on patio door. cups for a brew but no kettle.. Bare wires hanging out of the wall.. Air conditioning unit very dirty and noisy. Bathroom very dated.
Great for a gay trip. Was close to all the bars etc
The bathroom was very very dated. Fan didn't work in the bedroom so was very hot. The plastic outdoor chair in the room made me laugh so much I had to take a picture of it.
The staff are very helpful and pleasant especially the young lads.
When are the rooms going to be updated, especially the shower rooms. You don't need to spend a fortune to bring the rooms into the 21st century
Friendly and helpful staff
Cleanliness in rooms
I like the location it was quite Central the staff was quite helpful although the language barrier was difficult at times the room was clean and tidy the quality of food was good with a varied menu
Some time it was difficult to sleep as the noise from the late bar and cabaret not enough information to hand of local bars etc lack of staff at breakfast only one person to deal with every one tables not cleared efficiently
Not really into Drag Queens ha he
It was in the area I wanted to go
It was dirty out of date
Nothing. But good location. Old Benidorm (quaint) and near sea front.
Cracked cups, holes in stained sheets, light bulb hanging from ceiling on electric wires, loud rattle from fan, no spoon to stir tea (had to use toothbrush handle) even after asking for spoon for next day, 2 coffee sachets but no tea bags. 1 towel when we arrived, grey towels. Dirty floor. No plug for bath. Some of these problems could be fixed for a few cents, they just can't be bothered. The noise and no tv not a problem as this was already expected. Easily worst hotel we've ever visited in our lives. €126 for 2 nights, ridiculous for this dump. Paid half this for clean hotels where they make an effort. Not sure how guests have said staff friendly, seem indifferent to us. We are easy going and friendly.
Great location and opposite tapas alley and has a rooftop bar
Reasonable location and staff quiet friendly
Very dull decor lacked character would try somewhere else next time would not be a family optioñ
Great location in the centre of the Old Town with everything on your doorstep. Tapas bar immediately opposite one of the best I've ever been too.
Had a room on the top floor and it was unbearably hot. Air conditioning did absolutely nothing to cool the room. Very uncomfortable to sleep in was almost tempted to move the bed onto the balcony. Just getting ready to go out left you dripping with sweat.
