Location, cleanliness and friendly staff.
Good sized twin room with nice view of park across main street. Beds basic but satisfactory. Staff spoke excellent English. Great location for walking to the old city & numerous cafes/restaurants. 10 minutes easy walk from Autobus Station. Very good value for money.
No kettle in room. No lift. Average breakfast buffet - without cereal. Slightly noisy with window open in evening, fine after 10.30pm.
Definetly very good value for money (54 € for two nights, didn't have breakfest), clean, nothing luxurious but all the basic staff is there. Very good location. Had the same standard hotel in Granada that cost double.
Sound isolation of the room is not very good. No option of a bigger pillow, just the typical Spanish one. Card payment was not possible as their terminal was out of order or smth. But these were really small issues, would still recommend the hotel.
Very comfy bed quiet a/c excellent central location
- very good location, directly in city centre - staff very friendly and good in English - rooms are, as expected for the low price, equipped with basic things only, but clean and spacious - breakfast: very basic, toast, cheese, ham, jam, coffee, juice (unfortunately, the kitchen staff did not speak English)
-Wlan did not work properly (but not essential for us)
The room was enormous, very clean and with loads of floor space. The bathroom was a particular highlight as i suspect all fittings were brand new. The staff were really welcoming and friendly. The building itself was a bit quirky which added to the whole ambience. The bed was really very comfortable and as all the windows had rolling shutters you were able to block out all the day light. The air con was top quality. The hotel location was perfect as you are sited directly across from the park and just 8 mins from the bus station.
The windows did nothing to inslulate you from the noise outside, which was mainly hordes of local people making their way back home at various times during the early hours. The people is outside of the hotels control but better glazing would go a long long way. The plumbing was also quite noisy which disturbed us. We found the best time to sleep was probably between 4pm and 8pm. The Wifi was very weak and not reliable unfortunately.
Location across the park was beautiful, proximity to places to eat great, very clean. Would visit again.
No elevator, althought the stairs were not many.
Location, close to Bull Ring, the New Bridge, shopping main street and supermarket. Nice walk along the park.
Tapas were good.
No Wifi in the rooms.
The good points: The hotel was very clean and check in was easy. Room was big enough for a couple and had a good bathroom. Air conditioning worked very well
The bad points: wifi was very weak and would often not work and kick you out which was frustrating. The hotel didn't have any solution. We stayed 2 nights and one night was unbelievably noisy with garbage collectors picking up garbage at 1 am and making a racket. As well, many people use the alley way and there was people yelling pretty much all night. Worst sleep ever! We are ok with street noise but this was to a new level. Room Tip: Don't take room near the alley! Don't stay at hotel if wifi is really needed.
Simple hotel close to bull ring and 5 min walk from the old town. Possibility to park in multistorey for 10 euros per day, arrangement with hotel.
Value for money comfortable bed nice flat screen tv and good wifi
Breakfast starts at only 8.30 (effectively 8.35 by the time everything is set up). Even for some holidaymakers, let alone business travellers, this is inconveniently late. I had to wolf down breakfast in 5 minutes flat, as I was being picked up at 8.45. Please shift this to 8.00, and I will return!
Great location, near to the city center and old town, great value for money, easy to find and easy to park a car nearby, at least in September
No balcony, no breakfast, the rest was fine, especially for that price.
Impressive, big room, close to old city area and almost all the tourist objectives. Great value for money and I must say that the conditions were even better than some 3 stars hotel.
The hotel was only a few hundred yards from the bull ring, bridge etc. We had no problem finding on-street parking and there is a drop of point outside the hotel for luggage. The park opposite the hotel is beautiful and leads directly to stunning views of the gorge.
As with most hotels in Spain, the beds were very firm.
In the central of this very nice town! Free parking possibility nearby.
Nothing not to like
It is located very near the sites. Parking possible for free on the streets around, approx. 5 mins walk away. The hotel itself looks very spacious and the room is as well.
Staying there only one night
Location was central adjacent to a park overlooking cliffs, comfortable room, air conditioning (essential in Andalusia in the summer), full bathroom with shower that had a shower curtain instead of the half-door Spanish style shower, staff were very helpful.
Shutters in the room were a bit difficult to figure out, but this was not a big issue.
Cozy and clean hotel with a great location!
The hotel is centrally located on the busy main street, but the rooms were well isolated from the street noises. Beds were comfortable and everything was in walking distance. The whole place was simple but everything was fine. Great value for money, I recommend it!
The staff, the size of the rooms, and the location is also okay
Smell of disinfectant that never really left
We had a one night stay in Ronda and this hotel provided all the basics in a clean, well-kept, well-located environment. We had a triple, which was perfect for one night, but might have been tight for a longer stay. Staff were very courteous and spoke excellent English. They also provided hints on how to find free parking and certain sights.
We did not mind the noise from the Alameda on a Friday night. If you want a quiet room, it's simple enough to ask for one which faces the back street.
Simple, clean, perfect staff
