The hotel offers a big terrace with a wonderful view and a beautiful swimming pool. Appartments are well equiped.

The meals at the restaurant of the hotel are of poor interest.

Great views, lovely, large and well equiped apartment. Very big terrace. We had a couple of lovely meals at the restaurant. Would love to return and stay longer.

Excellent staff, spacious luxurious rooms with beautiful view, pool layout fantastic & dining area excellent.

Bathroom finishing touches let it down - shower curtain & bath grouting untidy, for this standard of hotel it should have a separate shower or at the very least a glass partition instead of a curtain - rest of room perfect, perhaps a few broken tiles & flaking paint let it down. Only other issues were late evening meal times, 7pm start is not family friendly - also half board menu should not be restricted to certain dishes - this makes it feel cheap. Last point is the pools were too cold - especially the childrens pool, this should be heated to allow use outside June-August

Receptionist Richard was terrible, we stayed in 2 rooms in both of them almost everything broken, personal has to come to repair all the time something and it was disturbing,hairs in bed and bathroom, when u watch tv somebody from other room who also watch change your programs or volume because they have same remote control as it was explained to us on the reception...when I asked for late check out about one hour night receptionist and then morning one they both disagree and then when we check out the Manager ask us why we leave so soon?!Wifi is not working in rooms just around reception, if you order something in restaurant they bring you something else for example I asked for chocolate mousse and they bring me something with cofee taste and jam in that....in restaurant was still red lipstick on glass from which I almost start to drink...not everyone from stuff understand english

Well equipped apartments with fantastic view to the sea.

- The apartment was great, especially the terrace, which had a beautiful view over Los Gigantes, the ocean and La Gomera. - The staff, from the receptionists, supermarket ladies, cleaning personell, construction builders and pool guy, was very friendly, social and helpful. - I liked the architecture of the building, it felt very open and airy. - A relatively short walk to the centre of Los Gigantes.

- The breakfast had very little to choose from and was definitely not 5 star material. - The shower was not really a shower, just a shower head hanging over a bathtub, so you have to stand in a awkward position while showering. It´s probably even trickier if you´re really tall. There was also always a lot of water on the floor afterwards. - They were doing renovation work in the apartment next to us, an it was making a lot of noise, I think they were drilling into the stone wall or something, and they gave us no warning that it would be so noisy. I even spesifically asked for a quiet room when I booked, but they flat out ignored it. They really should inform the guests about it on their web-site or on their page at booking.com.

Great views, overlooking La Gomera island, fabulous apartments, big terraces. The food was fantastic, cocktails at the pool bar are excellent. Great experience, definitely come back again.

Superb staff especially reception. Luxury accommodation, wonderful view to La Gomera and the Los Gigantes cliffs. Food was good.

One or two minor issues eg the powerful shower was too fragile for the bath and flooded the floor each time it was used. The hill going up to the accommodation was quite steep and taxi needed to get back.

The staff were lovely - very friendly and helpful. The apartment is spacious with a wonderful terrace, and fantastic views. We liked the fully-equipped kitchen. Ample indoor parking, although it does cost extra. New minimarket opened in the hotel complex while we were there, and is helpful, as there are no other markets within walking distance.

Only one small,slow lift working for the whole complex. Safe in the room costs extra. Bathtub/shower is very old-fashioned and splashes on the floor. No English programmes on the television other than BBC World (tons of Russian and German programs, though!).

Very nice and elegant hotel. Excelent sea view from all apartments. Excellent and big terrace. Good parking facilities. Friendly staff.

Trouble with the internet. Ordinary food in the rstaurant.

- Very friendly staff - Good Location: quiet and by taxi (3 euro's) in 2 minutes in the center of the town - Clean - Nice pool

- The hotel is new and not 100% ready. For example: the pool heating was not working; internet did not function half of the time; - With New Year the music was far too loud to sleep, even after 04:00AM. This is not nice for us and our daughter. - Beds were very low quality which you would not expect of a 5 star hotel. - No facilities which you expect of a 5 star hotel; this is really not worth 5 stars, only 3 stars.

The pool heating was not working, many facilities like washing room, squash court etc as advertised were not available.

Le chambre avec vue magnifique , l'espace ds la chambre, le geste pour mes 50 ans en arrivant ,le parking gratuit, la gentillesse du personnel en général

Le petit déjeuner indigne d'un 5 étoiles (limite 2 étoiles), très peu de choix, pain dur, on devait demander sans cesse du café, jus d'orange, ...., en général je qualifierai cet hôtel de 4 étoiles . Incroyable que le jeudi il n'y ait pas d'entretien des chambres (politique de l’hôtel nous a t-on dit !!!) manques d'infos en général (repas grill le lundi etc..) pas de papier toilette sans le demander, douche défectueuse. Les produits toilettes juste en arrivant puis plus rien du séjour (5 nuits). Je crois qu'il y avait des peignoirs! Pas d'info sur quoi que ce soit. Le règlement de la totalité du séjour en arrivant (c'est la 1ere fois que cela arrive) mais je peux éventuellement le comprendre!

отдыхали с мужем в мае , могу сказать одно, ни капли не пожалели , что поселились в этом отеле. конечно, каждому свое, кому-то по душе тасовки с утра до вечера, а кому-то хочется уединения и покоя, отдыха от серых городских будней. так вот мы относимся к этому числу. безумно красивое место лос-гигантес, тихое, безмятежное.в апартаментах потрясающая терасса с видом на океан , порт и скалы! это прекрасно, выйти утром с чашкой кофе и наслаждаться видом! отель хороший, номера отличные, все, что нужно имеется.очень уютно! прекрасная служба ресепшн, они говорят на русском,всегда рады помочь. неплохие завтраки, но можно готовить и в номере. хороший бассейн, неподогреваемый. так даже лучше )) единственное, что может напрягать, это удаленность от всего. в идеале брать машину напрокат, как мы и сделали) кстати в отеле могут помочь с прокатом!

Me ha encantado ,sus vistas relajantes y preciosas ,la tranquilidad del hotel ,limpieza muy buena atención . Mucha amabilidad fuí con mi familia y repetiremos.Ah y una habitación con una gran terraza y una cocina totalmente equipada ,hasta tenía tabla de planchar ...

Todo estaba muy bien pero....si elegías cenar allí ,no había mucha variedad de platos pero.....lo que comías muy bueno

Чудесный вид, огромная веранда!! В номере есть все необходимое даже больше!! Удобная крытая парковка! В номерах Мега удобные матрасы, кот принимает форму тела!! Большой номер и ванная, уборка каждый день!! Мы остались очень довольны!! Если вы на машине, то рядом ближайшие города и пляжи совсем не далеко!!

Не понравились наши соотечественники, кот выходили 8 утра на балконах и обсуждали как они не могут найти остановку и т.д

скалы лос-гигантес плюс океан дают великолепный вид из окна! шикарная индивидуальная терраса с лежаками для загара. чистота и уют в номере. отличное расположение и с точки зрения открывающегося вида и с точки зрения машинной доступности, нет необходимости петлять по узеньким улочкам. нет проблемы с парковкой (собственный паркинг). достаточно разнообразные завтраки, на завтрак можно заказать различные варианты горячих омлетов. прямо в отеле расположен небольшой магазинчик со всем необходимым. в отеле есть прокат автомобилей по вполне демократичным ценам, но я не уточнял входит-ли страховка и топливо в цену, т.к. авто арендовал в аэропорту.

нет интернета в номере (соединение есть, интернета нет), девушки из персонала говорили что проблемы временные, но за первые три-четыре дня пребывания ничего не настроилось, а потом я не проверял - пользовался WiFi на ресепшене. шумоизоляции между номером и коридором нет.

Por muy poco coste podrian suministrar un minimo de productos de lavavajillas. La conexion wifi no llegaba a nuestra habitacion.

Las habitaciones son muy amplias, el apartamento es totalmente nuevo. La cocina tiene microondas, lavavajillas, tostadora, nevera grande y todos los utensilios necesarios para cocinar. El baño tiene una bañera tipo jacuzzi y el salón es muy cómodo con una tele de plasma de última generación (47"). La habitación con una cama de matrimonio xl y el colchón muy cómodo. Pero sin duda la joya del apartamento son las vistas a los acantilados de los Gigantes y al pueblo. La terraza es tan grande como el propio apartamento y está equipado con hamacas, con un asiento chillout, tendedero y una mesa con sillas. La piscina no es muy grande, pero las hamacas son nuevas y muy cómodas y con una vistas increibles.
