Hotel was in the City centre, close to all the shops and Metro service.

No tea & coffee making facilities in room. No dining facilities unless you went out.

It was smart, clean and well appointed plus being ideal for city centre and most tourist sites. Very helpful and friendly staff. Good breakfasts.

The card door key failed a couple of times but the helpful staff sorted the problem to a bad battery contact.

Excellent location, nice view from the breakfast to the Ramblas.

Expensive Not very pleasant staff

The hotel was centrally located in most popular area of city. Close to sight-seeing buses, walking distance to two of the most famous Gaudi buildings, walking distance to port, public transportation, Cathedral and Roman Ruins, Basilica, etc. Cultural sites (theater, music hall, etc.) also walking distance. Staff was very efficient and pleasant. Breakfast was wonderful and good value, and restaurant was very fresh and grand variety for the evening with a 10% discount for hotel guests.. I have already recommended this hotel for someone I know traveling to Barcelona in the fall. A definite yes for me in future if I return to this city!!

Most double rooms don't appear to have double beds. OK as long as there is a method of securing the beds together. A/C appeared not available at the time of year of visiting. Hotel WiFi and business internet access not fully fuctional for some applcations and no-one could help. No tea or coffee making facilities in room.

Very small room, no proper bathroom!

Fantastic location. Right on Las Ramblas and 1 block to Plaza Catalunya where the shopping is amazing and all the sightseeing hop on / hop off buses stop. Close to pier for those taking a cruise pre or post. Some people walked down but since I had 2 suitcases took a taxi (5 minute wait) - cost 17.00 Euro. Worth it for the convenience. Took me right to the check in at the pier. Front desk staff were wonderful - very helpful and friendly. Great restaurant right next door and hotel offered a 10% discount coupon on check in. Planning a return stay. Room was great for a single. Nice double bed. Modern and great shower. Not a lot of room for luggage but for a pre or post night was perfect.

The room was clean and comfortable. The view was great and the best part was the location. The breakfast is nice different varieties of food.

The hotel was very close to the central plaza at the top of La Rambla. The staff were professional, polite and helpful. The rooms were very comfortable and well maintained. Wonderful hotel.

Wonderful hotel, clean with modern décor and amenities. Great location. Helpful staff that spoke French, English and Spanish.

The room was way larger than expected, very clean and decor was very modern and beautiful. Location was excellent and staff spoke several languages.

Great location for tourists, right at the heart of the action. WIFI okay, although you get booted off regularly which is frustrating. Brekkie was excellent although we paid 15E extra per person as it wasn't included with the package we were on. Restaurant staff were great next door when we needed things like ice, and lemon for our in room G&T's.

Room was ridiculously small for 3 people and we paid more at this property than any other on our trip. We feel brekkie should have been included given the rate. WIFI that regularly boots you off is always frustrating. Everything in this property feels pokey.

Excellent position on Ramblas.. Easy to get to airport with buses bus tours near by Breakfast excellent and best scrambled egg I have had in a hotel Clean rooms well serviced. The italian restaurant next to the hotel was excellent

Lounge was not staffed - had to go looking for staff to ask for drinks etc.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of Barcelona. The processes were extremely quick and the staff was helpful and friendly enough.

The best location in Barcelona which is surrounded by supermarkets. Restaurants, sightseeings, cafes and shopping areas

I stayed in a royal room with Ramblas view. The ensuit toilet is too small with a glass door which could not be closed. That means if you want the toilet you have to go to the shared one with other rooms.

Location right on Ramblas, terrific view if you get window room. Grocery very near.

Great location and clean rooms

The location was excellent, near the shops, bars and restaurants. It was easy to get to the hotel from the airport on the Aerobus.

The hotel was dry expensive, and I would have expected a bigger room and more leisure facilities more for my money.
