Al'habitació es senten molts sorolls (tv) dels veins poc insonoritzada. Una mica complicat arribar-hi.

Excellent location very near the Plaza Major yet quiet with no street or late night noise. All the staff are very kind friendly and helpful

Difficult to find hotel, coming by car. Booking.com´s directions is not accurate. Even gps indicated pedestrian or one way streets. Lokal police helped out.

Great location, nice breakfast, comfortable room, good value

After signing in I used the house computer, then went to my room. Five minutes later the clerk knocked on my door. He was extremely upset & spoke hardly any English. My Spanish is poor, but it was clear that he was saying the computer wasn´t working. So I went downstairs & he showed me that the battery was missing. He accused me of stealing it & said he was going to call the police. I tried to point out to him that immediately after I used the computer, two English women used it, but he was verging on hysterics & he couldn´t see my point. I went out for an hour, very upset, wondering how I would argue my way out of a Spanish police station, then returned. He was then apologetic, saying the problem was solved. Since he accused me of stealing & also threatened me, I would like an explanation from the hotel of exactly what happened. Can you please get that for me? I certainly don´t want him to lose his job, but he needs to take a seminar in customer relations.

A bit difficult arriving by car...very difficult to get into the tiny street and park to unload. Necessary to move car to car park within a few minutes

We liked the location (it's in the old city near the main historic sites), the helpfulness of the staff and the value for money. The room was a reasonable size.

We arrived by car and the hotel is very hard to find because of the pedestrian only areas and the one way streets. It took us about an hour going around and around! A map highlighting the route(s) to take from the main roads would be a very useful addition to the hotel's website (the written description of a route to take isn't that helpful).

room cramped, sauna temperature in room, paper thin walls, no stock in minibar, empty information folder in room, noisy outside, uncomfy bed, rock hard pillows, no bar or restaurant for dinner. 4 star price, 3 star quality at best. Dreadful value. Never again.

fantastic location, just a minut walking to Mayor Plaza and also very near other famours sites. Stuff are very friendly and helpful, not only instruct me the parking location but briefly instruct visiting route, breakfast is also good, will stay here again for sure

Very walkable location. Friendly staff, good breakfast. Room basic but nice. Lovely view of storks nesting on nearby bell tower.

Terrible mold problem in bathroom. Had to open windows to survive smell. Close proximity to town center also included loud drunk yelling that went on until 2/3 am. Not the hotel's fault but needing to leave windows open to avoid mold made noise problem worse.

Very friendly and helpfull staff. Great room for a modest price. Excelent location in the middle of the old city and a good starting point for site seeing.

Great location, once you can find it! Right in the centre of the main area for visiting all that Salamanca has to offer. The room was neat and very clean. Breakfast is very good and for those who like eggs and bacon in the morning, here it is, also has lots of other choices. Try to move off the main square to get better value eats etc. other wise be prepared to pay a little bit extra.

The hotel is very had to find, drove a round at least five times in a city that is not made for cars! Contacted the hotel once I had parked the car and was given directions on foot. Walked past the hotel twice! Gps a must!

Good staff and very central location for city sights and good for restaurants tapas bars

Walls are a bit thin so you can hear neighbours quite loudly , breakfast not very good stale cakes cold bitter coffee , noise from the street .
