For a visit to Santiago and wanting to explore the old city the position of this hotel is excellent, the reception staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was comfortable and nicely presented. The disappointment was the main restaurant which lacked atmosphere and the service was mixed. We stayed in a number of hotels touring around Galicia and the breakfast at this hotel was very limited and not up to the standard of the rest of the hotel

Location. The main man at the front desk was very rude and condescending towards me and it was highly insulting when he instantaneously changed his tone and demeanour towards a Spanish couple that arrived after I´d checked in. Felt very discriminated against and will not recommend this place to any friends or family. Additionally, at night I noticed there were these small beige coloured bugs on my pillow and if I were able to speak Spanish fluently, I would´ve complained considering it was more than 200 CDN dollars for a two-night stay. A complete rip-off and horrible treatment of a foreign pilgrim finishing their camino.

Excelente el servicio de recepción. En particular cristina que con eficacia y cordialidad nos evacuo todas las consultas que le formulamos. A vía de ejemplo la indicación de las rutas de salida, los lugares a visitar, etc. La puerta del toilette no otorga la suficiente privacidad.considero que es un aspecto importante a mejorar.

Es acogedor, está ubicado en la mejor zona de Santiago. El personal es encantador y además tiene un buen restaurante El desayuno se limita a zumo, café y tostadas (a veces pastas) La televisión de la habitación es pequeña

Sehr zentral in der Altstadt, direkt neben Kathedrale, Erholung pur nach dem Camino, mitten im Geschehen, einfach super, sauber und sehr nette Hotelmitarbeiter ! Jederzeit wieder, aus einer Nacht wurden sogar drei weil es so super war !

La ubicación es inmejorable en pleno centro del casco antiguo y a 50 metros de la catedral. El edificio es precioso por fuera y por dentro. Las habitaciónes amplias y acojedoras. El servicio en recepción también estuvo a la altura. Mi habitación pese a ser un primero y dar a la calle tenía doble ventanal en el balcón y no se oía ningún ruido. El servicio de desayuno es bastanta flojito. Al estar frente a la oficina del peregrino, estos acceden a la cafetería que es de un tamaño muy pequeño y se mezclan con los clientes y copan todo el servicio de cafetería que es escaso. De hecho lo atendía la misma señorita que estaba en recepción. Al no tener aparcamiento se podían concertar precios especiales en el parking de San Clemente (5 min. Andando) para los huéspedes del hotel.

Me ha gustado absolutamente todo. Es precioso. Está perfectamente ubicado junto a la plaza del Obradoiro. La atención del personal excelente. He utilizado el restaurante y ofrece una magnifica calidad en sus platos. Resumiendo, lo recomiendo encarecidamente.

La ubicaclón y decoración. Era la segunda vez que nos ospedamos en el, pero esta ultima nos ha decepcionado la relacción precio - calidad nos ha parecido caro para los servicios que presta, Es decepcionante que el desayuno no este incluido en e precio y que ademas nos parecio de elebado coste, Creo que las habitaciones interiores han de ser un pelín más baratas,

El personal es súper atento. Creo que es hotel donde mejor me trataron en mi vida :) No me gustó la separación entre la habitación y el baño. Hay una puerta de vidrio que no cierra completamente dado que tiene como 5 cm. Menos que el marco arriba y abajo. En la habitación se escucha todo lo que pasa en el baño y los servicios :( Si uno está solo, la habitación es excelente; si la habitación se comparte, no es muy "romántico"
