Quiet and peaceful settting , impressive views from terrace and public areas, hotel concept and design, well presented, characterful bedrooms opportunity to enjoy good quality Canarian cuisine, excellent pool . Good service levels. Weaker service levels on management team rest days - Sunday, Monday. |

The room was extremely confortable, clean and luxurious; we especially liked the terrace with the long chairs. The bedding (a nice new duvet) was extremely confortable. The breakfast buffet was very very good, it is especially pleasant to eat outside on the terrace. The environment of the hotel was very peaceful and calm...this was by far the best hotel we stayed in during out 10 day circuit-stay in Tenerife. The evening meal was expensive and terrible. Perhaps the dish of the day was simply a bad choice, but we ate far better food for a much more reasonable price by going to Puerto for our evening meals. |

the location, ease of parking, the staff were friendly, the cook was excellent, the facilities were good no tea/coffee making facilities in rooms, having to book evening meal at breakfast, staff were very good but seemed overworked |

Nous avons décidé de changer d'hôtel après 1 jour car l'hôtel était trop loin du centre ville. En plus, les chambres sentaient la moisie et il n'y avait personne à l'hôtel le soir, c'est à dire que la réception était fermée. L'hôtel se situe à un endroit très perdu et il n'y a pas de restaurants autour. Le restaurant de l'hôtel est uniquement ouvert sur demande des clients. |

Hotel rural muy cuidado, bonita decoración, buen entorno y personal amable. Carretera para acceder al hotel en mal estado. Deberían ampliar el horario de desayuno puesto que el salon donde lo ofrecen es pequeño y se concentra mucha gente. |

El ambiente, la decoración... Faltan pequeños detalles: mejorar el jardín (debería ser de verdad rural) podría haber una biblioteca, guías sobre rutas por la zona, no olvidarse del hilo musical etc. Hay que tener en cuenta de que no hay mucho que hacer por allí, así que hay que intentar mejorar ese aspecto en las zonas comunes |

La piscina cubierta y la amabilidad y atención del personal del hotel. Muy pocas cosas, quizás deberían ampliar los horarios de las zonas comunes. Las 10 de la noche es un poco temprano para mandarte a dormir cuando estas de vacaciones sobretodo teniendo en cuenta que alrededor del hotel no hay nada. |

Fantastischer Blick auf das Meer und auf den Teide. Gepflegtes sauberes Hotel und sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Schöne Zimmer und sehr ruhige kleine Anlage. Schönes Schwimmbad. Vorbestellung des Abendessens bereits beim Frühstück. Es gibt nur ein Menu, keine Möglichkeit um Abends noch eine Kleinigkeit im Hotel zu essen oder zu trinken. |
