Le cadre dans lequel se situe l'hotel est tout simplement incroyable, autour des vignes qui poussent d'une façon si particulière à Lanzarote, et au calme... L'accueil a été très dynamique, organisé mais surtout très convivial.Une destination recommandée pour une étape ou un séjour plus long. Rien, tout s'est très bien passé.

kleinschalig en rustig veel te harde matrassen, we hadden elke morgen pijn in de rug en 's avonds keken we er niet naar uit om te gaan slapen, allemaal wegens die veel te harde matrassen. Zeer jammer.

besonders ruhig, ein sehr leckeres taagesmenu, das frühstücksbuffet war überschaubar, aber in ordnung, sehr nett war dass wir als kleinfamilie, ein zimmer mit zustellbett bestellt aber fas einen ganzen flur- dh zwei zimmer mit flur bewohnen durften..insofern sehr gutes preis-leistungsverhälniss

Netjes Saai hotel. Hotel was gedurende de dag afgesloten. Je moest zelf het hotel openen en afsluiten. Einde van de middag, avond was er niemand aanwezig.

Mooie omgeving, sfeervol hotel, veel faciliteiten, vriendelijke directeur We hebben er 's avonds gegeten, en waren de enige gasten. Het eten was wel lekker, maar werd in een ijltempo geserveerd.

Posizione molto caratteristica, la stanza e la struttura è molto bella e la colazione ottima Forse per via della bassa stagione abbiamo trovato I vari servizi aggiuntivi non agibili (minigolf non in condizione, gym e sauna chiusi), la piscina con l'acqua molto fredda e il ristorante annesso chiuso... Ma la stanza era veramente bella!!

La ubicacion del hotel en una finca tipica de la zona de La Geria le de un encanto especial, aparte de ser muy tranquila y relajada la atmosfera. Tambien la posibilidad de visitar otros parajes de la isla invirtiendo poco tiempo por estar el pueblo de San Bartolome en el centro de Lanzarote. El desayuno es sencillo pero correcto, pudiendo degustar fruta recogida en la misma finca.

Das Hotel war tip top, sehr sauber und freundliche Mitarbeiter. Die Lage des Hotels ist ausserhalb der Touristenzentren, also eher Individualreisenden zu empfehlen, welche ein Auto besitzen. Die Rezeption des Hotels ist nur von 9:00 - 13:00 Uhr besetzt, bei späterer Anreise muss man sich mit dem Hotel in Verbindung setzen.

il luogo è strategico per visitare l'isola, ma no per il mare che è comunque q 20 minuti d'auto lo staff era carente,la coloazione monotona, ci facevano fretta per sparecchiare,alla sera non vi era nessun servizio bar ne di recepition

De vriendelijkheid en de hulpvaardigheid staat misschien wel centraal. Maar is het een ideale ligging (vrij centraal op het eiland) als uitvalsbasis voor het bezoeken van het totale eiland. Ook de kleinschaligheid van het hotel is een troef: rustig. Mits iets meer comfort en onderhoud kan het een ideale verblijfplaats zijn! Zie boven: bepaalde accomodaties worden niet onderhouden of bijgewerkt! Dat we het verblijf met één nacht hebben ingekort had meer met het minder goede weer te maken.

Lo cierto es que este hotel no tiene ni encanto, ni es rural ni interes Por la noche el personal del hotel desaparece y fue imposible cenar. El minibar estaba vacio. Si no vas con coche ni los taxis vienen a buscarte pues el personal del hotel no se queda en el hotel.

Las habitaciones son amplias, con vistas hermosas desde todos los lugares del hotel, en un entorno rodeado de viñedos. La ubicación te permite visitar toda la isla con comodidad porque se encuentra en el centro. El queso canario y el pan del desayuno también fueron un placer. Aunque a otras personas les puede no gustar a nosotras nos encantó que nos dejara la llave en la puerta con todas las indicaciones, así pudimos descubir las estancias del hotel por nosotras mismas, además de que estábamos solas. Con la tranquilidad de que nos habíamos hablado por teléfono con el encargado y nos dijo que podíamos llamarlo en cualquier momento. La persona que estaba atenta al desayuno buffet fue muy amable. La relación calidad precio muy buena. Dificil encontrar algo negativo, pero sí que la piscina estaba algo sucia. Y recomendaría mejorar el desayuno buffet, para mi gusto faltaron mermeladas de la tierra, algún zumo natural típico, como de papaya, leche de soja, quizás en temporada alta se ofrezcan más cosas o que me gusta desayunar cómo se hace en cada lugar, pero tampoco es negativo. Creo que son solo puntillitas, negativo pocas cosas.
