Staff helpfull with area information, excellent value for money, good location.

Nice little village, we were the only guests so had full attention at breakfast. Great nature park in neighbourhood Los Cahorros.

after staying in cities on my travels it was good to stay outside of a city in a picturesque area close to the mountains in a frienly village atmosphere.although language was a problem staff very friendly and helpful

The hotel was very comfortable and clean and the staff and service was exceptional nothing was too much trouble would definitely go back as location was great for city and mountains.

Adorable room in a picturesque location. Great free breakfast in the morning - yogurt, cereal, pastries, drinks, lunchmeats, fruit! They recommended a path for us to hike/run and when we did and were going to be late for our checkout, they extended us extra time to clean up before leaving. Free parking! Great access point to Grenada as well as the nearby Sierra Nevada National Park!

It was a bit difficult to find in the tiny town with narrow roads!

Centre of village with parking on site. Room clean with all facilities as described. Restaurant/ outdoor terrace with good traditional Spanish food. Popular with locals once the sun sets, it is Spain.

The staff at this hotel were super friendly and couldnt do enough for us! They only spoke Spanish but that wasnt a problem. The porprieter showed us a walk to this gorge not far from the hotel. Beautiful walk with fantastic scenery, probably one of the highlights of our whole trip. The breakfast was good, plenty of food to choose from.

Excellent value, friendly stuff and clean rooms. I stayed at Hotel Rural Huerta del Laurel for one night and we didn't arrive until 11pm and the hotel staff was up waiting for us. Although my friend and I didn't speak Spanish, we had no problems communicating with the staff. Free wifi is available throughout the hotel and the breakfast is simple but delicious. Would recommend it!

The Hotel is fairly basic, but does everything superbly. The rooms are big, nice and clean, and have decent bathrooms, good tv (good channel choice), parking on site, small pool but enough to cool of in the high July temperatures, and the restaurant on the terrace is superb. Huge portions, and very good quality, great value for money too. We had some personal diet food and asked if there was a fridge to put it in, the staff moved things out for us, and gave us free access to it. Good WiFi, and breakfast ok Overall, an excellent little hotel.

The restaurant/bar opened up at 8pm (food served from about 8:30pm because of the high temps). We really fancied a cold beer in the late afternoon, but had to wait (area too hilly to push a wheelchair to the village bars). Finding the hotel was fun, the sat nav wanted to send us up some very steep one way streets (the wrong way) but by trial and error, and following a few small signs, we found it.

Lovely location, friendly helpful staff, comfortable clean beds. Restaurant and food was good quality and well priced. Overall clean well kept communal areas.

Only issue was AC was not working efficiently in our twin room and the shower area definately needs updating.

This charming hotel was exceptionally clean. The staff were efficient and extremely friendly and helpful. The food was well prepared and wholesome - we really enjoyed our evening meal on the terrace - and our breakfast!! The hotel is ideally located for both sightseeing and shopping in Granada and the ski slopes in winter, or excellent walking in summer. We will certainly do our best to return before too long. Terrific value for money - many thanks!

Though English was a bit of a challenge for all the staff we encountered, we all did our best to communicate and got by. Their friendliness showed, regardless of language. The hotel is in a very quiet, off-the-beaten-path area in a location great for evening walks once the hot sun goes down. This is a basic hotel with few frills but, as a result, it is a great value for money. The small restaurant (staffed by the hotel personnel) was fine and our host gave us all kinds of freebies in the way of tapas and after-dinner schnaps.

Finding the place can be a bit of a challenge. Also, the brightness of the exterior lights in front of the hotel shining through the thin curtains left the room far from dark.

Location.Nice view of the mountains.Singing frogs from river nearby during night makes you feel really in the countryside.

The hotel was located in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada and only a short distance from Granada. There were lovely hiking trails not far from the village and a spectacular gorge to visit. The breakfast buffet was simple but good and the breakfast room spacious and comfortable with an outside terrace. The staff was very friendly. Although a bit small, the room was clean, the bed was firm and the shower was roomy.

The walls were a bit thin and you could often hear the other guests. It was very quiet at night so we were not really disturbed.

Nice little hotel situated in a little town on the foothills of Sierra Nevada. Convenient location if you plan to visit Alhambra which is only about 15min away.

Helpful and friendly staff,despite the fact that our group had no Spanish we managed to communicate our needs to all the staff.We had dinner in the hotel and found the food to be excellent.

the Hotel is in a lovely village with a stream running through, beautiful views ideal for walkers and push bikes. we will visit again the staff were very friendly and the restaurant very good and reasonably priced. the rooms were quiet and clean.

Quiet rural location with easy access to Granada and mountains. Excellent bus service to Granada. comfortable and very good value for money.
