Located high above a fantastic beach, the hotel is orientated for all day sun and only a few blocks from restaurants, supermarkets, car hire outlets. Lots of stairs down to the beach but it is only a 2min walk. The pool was large and clean with lounge chairs and umbrellas surrounding. Staff are fantastic, very helpful and serve great food all day. Breakfast was a highlight, fresh fruit, yoghurt, cold meats, pastries etc. The room was clean and well presented, however we thought the nightly rates were slightly overpriced. That said we did travel in the very peak season (mid August).

Excellent. Fantastic staff. Setting quiet, yet close to beach and facilities. Do not be put off by the low star rating, this is easily a 4+ hotel. The al carte restaurant, although small, was sensational. One of the best hotels I have booking via booking.com

Excellent location, close enough to the beach to enjoy breathtaking views, but far enough to enjoy a relaxing, quiet atmosphere by the pool side. Very friendly and helpful staff; delicious Mediterranean cuisine. Highly recommended for travelers looking for an oasis of peace and calm.

The staff at Sa Berrera could not do enough for us. We struck unlucky with the weather and were not able to use the swimming pool but it looked so clean and the setting is delightful. The hotel serves Pizza and salad for lunch and there are two options for dinner in the evening. We ate on two occasions and could not fault it. The hotel is spotless and in a great location.

La atencion del personal del hotel, y la limpieza fueron excelentes!. Mas aun nos hemos sentido como en familia. Es un lugar donde da ganas de quedarse. Ubicacion ideal para bajar a la cala o partir para otras calas. Puntos a mejorar (lo que no indica que no estemos conformes) -> el cafe y jugos del desayuno.

El hotel esta muy bien, el personal del hotel hacen lo que sea para que tu te sientas como en tu propria casa, pero con más comodidad. Además las vistas desde el hotel estan muy bien, perfecto para una cena romantica y una comida en la terraza con una brisa suave. En su restaurante oferecen una buena comida italiana con una massa y pasta frescas y con un autentico sabor italiano, vale la pena quedar para comer o cenar. Yo y mi marido repetiremos el restaurante. El parquet sobra en un hotel de playa, estaria más fresco y limpio sin esto.

El servicio del personal del hotel, excelente! Me ofrecieron volver luego del check out por la tarde a darme una duche, me dieron una habitación, etc. La vista desde la piscina a Cala en Porter, increíble! No, todo muy bien.

La amabilidad del dueño y de todo el personal. El empeño en que ponen para resolver cualquier problema o necesidad que tengas. Demasisado pequeño; sentí algo de claustrofobia. Es algo incómodo si necesitas trabajar en la habitación con un portátil. El mobiliario de la habitación es incómodo (la mesa muy alta y el banco muy bajo); has de hacer "inventos" para conseguir tener una posición mínimamanete cómoda; además, falta una lámpara de mesa o un punto de luz cercano a ella. Fuera de la habitación tampoco hay unsitio cómodo ni específico para trabajar, aunque el personal del hotel se brinda gustaosamente a preparate un sitio.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und bemüht. Am Pool gab es immer freie liegen und herrliche Ruhe. Das gesamte Hotel war sehr sauber. Freies w- lan für die Gäste. Mir fehlte ein Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Und der Durchschnittspreis von 169 Euro pro Nacht ist etwas überteuert. Das lag wohl am Monat August.
