Hotel Sabina  

The Sabina hotel was great, rooms were cleaned, food was delicious, big choice every day, staf was friendly and helpful. There is a very friendly animation guy Christian, he gives sth to do whenever you stay at the pool. We really enjoyed our stay in Sabina.

The locality is excellent,right on the beach,and the shops are only a minutes walk from the hotel

As a English couple living in Mallorca,i was surprised that all the staff greeted us in German,I understand that the hotel caters for the German people but there are other languages

The staff and especially the reception were extremely nice and helpful. No matter what we needed and how, they made it easy for us. We arrived too early due to our flight timing and although we had another couple of hours to our check in time, the receptionist instructed room service to prepare our room quicker and sent us to have breakfast till the room is ready. The hotel was perfectly located at the beach and in our room we had the sea view which was fabulous! Again: the best staff ever!

The quality of beverage in Breakfast was extremely low. There were a juice machine, a coffee machine and some mineral water provided at breakfast and except the mineral water the rest of beverage, Hot or Cold was tasting terrible and we preferred not to drink anything else than water because of that reason. I think it was because of bad quality of unfiltered tap water or whatever but it’s a serious defect in my opinion. I expected to have free internet access in a 4 stars hotel but it was not the case, though the internet price for a day was not bad (5€ for 24 hrs).

Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter, sehr gutes abwechslungsreiches Essen, Nähe zur Strandpromenade und zur Shopping-Meile, Zimmer mit Meerblick, beheiztes Schwimmbad, Sauna und Dampfsauna, bargeldlose Bezahlung mit Chipkarte. Bei der sehr frühen Abreise (3:30 Uhr in der Nacht) war ein normales Frühstücken im Frühstücksraum möglich.

Hier gibt es nichts zu beanstanden.

Le personnel du bar n' était pas très sympathique même si poli.

Top: zowel personeel, kamers, ontbijt, dinner, prijs, ... Door een staking van de luchtvaartmaatschappij kon ik mijn eerste booking (zelfs zonder verzekering) toch nog wijzigen zonder kosten: klasse

La comida es bastante buena y variada especialmente el desayuno ya que tiene mucha variedad y cantidad. Los precios de la bebida en el Restaurante estan muy bien especialmente la lista de Vinos. En general esta muy bien y es muy recomendable.

No es una reclamacion ya que la Habitacion esta bastante bien pero en el cuarto de baño no hay videt. Y para mi Señora fue un inconveniente para su higiene personal. Y no conprendia como en un Hotel de cuatro estrellas no lo hubiera.

Die Lage.

Das Hotel ist sehr, sehr hellhörig. Schlafen ist ab 7 Uhr morgens leider unmöglich. Ich reise wirklich viel, aber solch ein hellhöriges Hotel hatte ich noch nie. Nun war ich im Februar dort, wo nur ältere Menschen dort waren. Ich möchte mir nicht vorstellen, wie es im Sommer ist. Ansonsten ist es ok.

Alleen de keuken is prima

Dit is absoluut geen 4sterren hotel! Kleine en slecht onderhouden kamers, wel heel schoon. Zeer gehorig. Ik zou dit waarderen met een 2 sterren. Wij zijn eerder vertrokken dan gepland in samenspraak met Booking.com naar een beter hotel. Via prima bemiddeling door Linda Timmers. Zeer goede service.

La ubicación del hotel , en primera linea de playa, la infraestructura nueva.

La falta de señalización donde esta ubicado el hotel, ya que es una calle peatonal es imposible llegar en coche, esto debería ser advertido, yo estuve 45 minutos en Cala Millor tratando de ubicar el hotel, por lo cual creo que deberían ayudar al cliente a su ubicación. Algunas personas tanto de la recepción específicamente y luego bar, deberían ser un poco mas amables con el cliente, ellos son la imagen del hotel y algunos lo que les falta es dispocision para tratar con publico. La extrema sencillez de las habitaciones, creo que un poco mas , se conseguiría una habitación mas cálida, acogedora y exclusiva.

Las instalaciones, el buffet, la habitación y especialmente la limpieza.
