The hotel rooms are beautiful, clean and comfortable. The staff helped us with reservations, programms or where to eat and what to eat. Lovely. I'd recommend this Hotel and I'd definitely stay here again.
The room next to the reception was a bit loud in the morning, try to get another one.
Nice hiostorical building in the center, a lot of resaturants and bars close by.
Rooms without view are dark.
staff very helpfull, rooms very nicely decorated. near to bus stops and interesting shops and cafes especially the restaurant recommended by the man behind the reception, can't remember his or the restaurants name. 15 to 20 mins walk to the main attractions,
front bedrooms a little noisy being just over looking the square. take earplugs
Location; cleanliness; staff
A fabulous place to explore the city.
Being in the middle of the city there is no parking but we found a place not far away.
Seville is a beautiful country, and very friendly people. Our hotel was located in the old part of Seville and was very central to many, many restaurants, bars, bus stops, taxi ranks, and best of all, the nightly flamenco shows nearby. Wonderful!
Leaving so soon!
We were really looked after well by lovely staff. Location was good with lovely bars and restaurants nearby
Clean room comfortable bed, room small but ok, street side room so was a little noisy with Windows's open but ok when closed. Bbreakfast cold on all 4 days we stayed, but heated in the toaster along with the bread. No tea or coffee in room only mini bar. Did have a free machine in reception, all said and done was a nice hotel.
No tea or coffee making facility in room, cold cooked breakfast.
When we walked in the door, the sound of the water feature was immediately soothing. Very helpful, friendly staff. Beautiful bedroom. Well equipped bathroom with soft fluffy towels the size of bedsheets. Great location. Most of the old city is within easy walking distance. 15 minutes from the main bus station. Plenty of tapas bars close by.
Not convenient if you have a car; absolutely no parking anywhere nearby. We were on foot this time so it didn't matter to us.
Everything was very good but it was noisy at night not traffic but people in the plaza would not go again
Great hotel, centrally located. No frills, but clean, quiet and very comfortable!
Position was perfect, easy to get everywhere and the decor was so lovely.very clean and staff friendly including the maids. We locked ourselves out of the room safe and reception came straight up to unlock Would reccomend.
The parking was a nightmare. Had read was bad but as used to Spanish cities thought couldn't bge so hard... It was. We actually drove around the city 3 times before finding the place as sign was covered by an overhanging tree. Other hotels had signs indicating their parking, this one does not. Maybe for the price we paid they should sort something out or get somebody to come with you to show you where to go the first time.if you don't have a car all was perfect.
Sacristia de Santa Ana was still in the midst of the thriving night life of Sevilla, but slightly outside the super touristy old city area. It provided full access to all the main Sevilla attractions, the sites, shopping, and food, but was in an area where actual Sevillians hang out as well. The Sacristia was very beautiful inside and treated us very well.
The Hercules square looked dead during the day. But boy were we wrong. At night everything came alive! You can find parking on the street. You don't always have to pay the expensive garages recommended by the hotels.
Hotel Lobby Nice Andalucian feel Friendly front desk
Room smelled heavily of cleaning detergent and little ventilation was available
very friendly and helpful staff. Nice room, tastefully decorated. Quiet and yet in the heart of beautifull Sevilla. Very reasonable fees.
Everything was in reasonable walking distance. Staff was very friendly and helpfull. Clean, comfortable and beautiful rooms. Lots of restaurants in the neighbourhood, some of which also had an open kitchen during the siesta. After check-out you can leave your luggage in a locked room until you leave for the aiport
The pillows of the bed were a bit hard and the breakfast buffet was a bit limited. But that's just me nitpicking.
The hotel lived up to everything we had hoped for , it is very quite, well located, very pretty a entrance and very helpful staff.
loved the old character of the building and the fact that there was a bus stop outside and plenty of taxis. An abundance of amazing places to eat with a wide variety of food. A safe place for my teenage boys to stroll around on their own. Gilly in Sydney
Great Location Clean Rooms Excellent Facilities Very Helpful Staff Good Value for Money Nice Building/Rooms Décor
Take a superior room, really nice and price absolutely ok! Loved the street life around the hotel. Very friendly atmosphere.
Nothing to report!
We were sorry we were unable to spend a second day and night in Seville. This hotel has atmosphere and an old world feel to it. The inner square was so pretty. Our family loved Sacrista de Santa Ana.
We drove into Seville and the GPS had difficulty locating the hotel. Also there was no on site parking, however hotel guests receive a discount at the public parking lot.
Location Staff friendly Room Breakfast
All of it
Excellent experience ! I would stay again:). The front desk staff were extremely helpful and polite. They truely knew how to treat a guest.
