Hotel Sagrada Familia  

Efficient checking in and room was ready early. Good lifts, choice of three.Breakfast easy going and comfortable with ample varieties. Able to look out of room window.Communal areas kept very clean and tidy. Automatic doors at street level.

Breakfast not until 8am.Rooms quite basic and do not have balconies.No toilet on ground floor in reception area.Comfortable chair in rooms,lack of drawers in rooms.Our window did not shut properly and more street noise heard.

Only a short walk from the Sagrada Familia and made the trip extra special as we were able to view the building in many different lights. Hotel was excellent value for money and staff very friendly and helpful

Beds were not very comfortable.

I like the location near to the spot of La Sagrada Familia, and the hotel is Clean and the breakfast is very good and also the staff are approachable..

I don't like the connection of the wifi.. so slow..sometimes no connection..

Very good relation of price and quality. Quiet, well equiped room. Location - good but not exceptional - 5min to metro, 30min on foot to Passage de Gracia.

Very poor standard of breakfasts. Unetable scrammbled eggs and sausages, service at the "restaurant" very slow. We've eaten there 3 breakfasts - twice the coffea machine was lacking milk, and twice there has been no forks. Tables are not cleaned so its hard to find place to sit. The service was vary lasy and didn't solve these problems at all.

Great location,close to all major attractions,staff very helpfull and room spotless with great breakfast to keep you going most of the day.

No Kettle in room for tea/coffee and when I booked hotel in March I only asked for one thing, that the bed be a double and not two singles pushed together but you don't always get what you want in this life even if you give someone 6 month's advance notice but not to take anything away from those involved it was a very pleasant and enjoyable stay and would defo recommend this Hotel to anyone.

No shower caps, no slippers - some 3* hotels provide these, some not. The view wasnt plesant (surrounded by block of flats) but at least room was quite spacious and quiet. Was close to Sagrada Familia but not as close as I thought it would be. Approx 7-10min walking. We paid 182EUR for 2 nights in August , no breakfast.

The room was cleaned during the day without the house keeping staff harassing the customer. The room was clean and tidy for a customer who was tired from sight seeing in Barcelona.

The beds were very hard and uncomfortable and the pillows were far too soft and flimsy. The staff were generally satisfactory except on night 2 when asked for an extra pillow the male receptionist was abrupt and refused to get one showing no customer service. This meant a sleepless night on a hard bed which could have been avoided. The shower leaked and soaked the bathroom floor.

I loved everything in my experience over there, even the fact that the room was inside, there was no direct sun comming in so it was never hot in the room and AC was working perfectly when i was in it! I was just there to sleep, so if you are too i recomend an inside room!! The staff answered all my tourist question I had in a real friendly way and in English! (Im french Canadian and didnt talked enough spanish) The location was perfect for me, area is good, never felt in danger even pass midnight, 2 blocks for Sagrada Familia and there is a metro over there! I rented a scooter for the week so just had to follow the sign for sagrada familia to get back! :D And its not in a busy tourist street so its perfect !

Very very lovely hotel. Had a great time. Beautiful room ( no view) but not important; location was great and the staff were really helpful.

Location of the hotel is good, friendly stuff, clean room, everything you need for a good price.

The noise from the street was a bit of a problem.
