Zimmer waren sauber. Frühstück war in Ordnung. Anlage war auch OK. Abendessen war auch in Ordnung. Preis Leistung OK

Betten waren nicht so Gut. Bei der Kinderanimation war leider nichts in Deutscher Sprache.

Nice hotel, family friendly, have stayed four times now over last 10 years, would go again.

Starting to look a bit tired, urgently needs painting and redecorating now. There seemed to be be fewer staff now and it took much more time before plates, glasses and tables cleaned, it could take hours, whereas in the past staff were there in seconds.

It was very much a family hotel,plenty of sun beds. The hotel staff are very obliging & efficient. We asked to change rooms & they changed us, our air conditioning wasn't working & it was repaired next day. Food was good & varied everyday.

We hated block 2.it is a shame that the majority of all inclusive guests spend most of the time drinking!

Good for families with young children, buffet was only ok. Nice area.

the hotel could do with a kettel and airdryer had to bring are own for a hotel it souuld have had this and to noisey with young kids but did enjoy the hotel as a place to sleep rooms were big and view was great will go again but when kids go back to school might be better than

food was good plenty for kids to eat nightly entertainment was enjoyable

we used this hotel because we used the same groups hotel regente in benidorm and the food was brilliant but the calipsos food is dreadful this hotel was full of teenagers unsupervised probably about 100 spanish teenagers wellbehaved but very noisy wont be using this hotel again

The staff were fluent in a number of languages. Good sized rooms. Good breakfast. Reasonable value for money

Standard of cleanliness in bathroom was poor, with dirty fixtures and hairs left. Curtains were mouldy

Bedrooms were reasonably comfortable but small

Overall felt like a poorly run hotel, poor restaurant, staff did not try to satisfy any of our requests but were quick to take additional money from us. This was a one night stop over due to flight carrier changing our outward flight and we moved on to our 4 night stay hotel which was just round the corner and of a considerably higher standard, would not stay at Calypso again.

Calypso is a nice hotel overall, but a very basic one to be honest. The location is good, close to the sea and clubs and at the same time in a quite area. The food is great as well as the personnel at the restaurant! But the room is poor in my opinion. It is quite spacy, but not comfortable at all. Calypso is a suitable hotel for big families with kids!!!
