Hotel Dorada Palace  

Gut gepflegtes Hotel, alles wird schön sauber gehalten. Gute Lage.

Massenabfertigung, Essen war nur im Gebäude möglich, keine Restaurantplätze im Aussenbereich. Buffet mit großer Auswahl aber durchwachsener Qualität. Schlechte Betten. Wir waren mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern vor Ort. Das Zimmer war für 4 Personen zu klein.

Myself and my wife booked in 10th to 14th oct we found it very relaxing ,spotless clean we were on half board found breakfast perfect good coffee,dinner was good great veriety,pool good, pool on roof quiet and peaceful no kids,staff excellent, we were suppose to checkout at 10am allowed to stay until 12am in room as our flight was not until 6pm ,all in all we really enjoyed this trip.

Parking was a disaster, there were no parking spaces near the hotel

My children loved the pool, and the playground. One of the reception staff was a lovely young man and very pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the hotel and it was very family friendly.

Non smoking balcony. Rooms did not keep out much noise, we found it very hard to get and stay asleep on a cuple of occasions as people were running and shouting in the hall, therefore need better soundproof doors in rooms.

Everything but food was a let down breakfast was not nice any morning

We liked most of all the entertainment in the hotel,the staff were amazing,especially Angel,Isaac,but all of them as a team,they were so dedicitated!They made our holiday! We also loved the food in the restaurant,the variety was great and the staff were so nice and friendly all the time,especially Robin cooking the omelettes every morning and was always so nice and pleasant to everybody as was Bakari.The hotel was always kept spotlessly clean and the maids did a fantastic job on the rooms everyday.Forgot to mention that the shows at night were excellent,this was our second time in the hotel and would return without a doubt again in the future! Fantastic for families.

The only thing i can say is to make the beds in the main pool a bit more comfy,very hard to lie on those hard beds and maybe the rooms were a bit on the small side too but nevertheless were well equiped and did ok for the duration of our stay.

Entrance and lobby area, and from what I saw of other public areas (I wasn't there to sit around the pool and go to the restaurant), were impressive. Bathroom was huge!

Rooms weren't of the standard I'd expect at a 4 star hotel - small, firm bed, had to pay deposit for tv remote and to unlock refrigerator, no clock, no complimentary pens, etc...overall while the hotel seemed nice the room was adequate and no more. Also while the staff did their job they didn't go the extra mile, fine if you don't have any problems but when I did they weren't interested in helping.

problems with WIFI

We were upgraded to a great room, great location of the room in the hotel (as we had 6mth old baby). Food very good and good selection. The entertainment was the only let down, as they didn't speak much english.

The room was nice and spacious, with a balcony.

It is definitely a bit of a factory hotel, and it feels as if you're almost pushed around a bit. At meals, at the pool when the sun shines, etc. The wifi was horrendous, and every time the excuse was 'too many people try to go on at the same time.' Clearly a capacity problem then that should have been sorted. Meals were cantine like. We ended up taking our evening meals else where. Having to pay a 20 Euro deposit for your remote for the tv is a bit of an indication how much the hotel trust their guests.

The architecture was fantastic! It had a laundry which we used often. Not far from Porta Ventura, beach, shops. Very clean. Helpful & friendly staff. Not too noisy. Relaxing. Fantastic atmosphere. Excellent kid`s club. Great food - even the seeds were removed from the watermelon!

Didn`t have a reduced rate for extended stay - we were flying back to Britian later on at night & would have liked the room for just a few extra hours.
