The appartment was really at arms length from the beach.

The Apartment (2-4 Adults) we booked was about 1 km away from the lobby and we had to walk with all our luggage as no transfer or assistance was offered. Moreover hotel facilitites remained unreachable. Description of the appartment and its photoes did not reflect the real condition (facilities unavailable or diifferent from those described, e.g. a privat pool is not privat at all as all the whole block was enjoying it). Hotel reception unfriendly and unhelpful.

Very helpfull & friendly staff. Very quiet hotel, pool area quiet, clean with beautiful views. Excellent location. Wonderful stay, will stay again.

Room service and pool service very very slow

It was stinking from the bathroom. If I dont open the balcony door, even my clothes could stink!

Location next to the beach

Very bad room with a lot of noise from the front door(taxi, people, cars) connected to the elevator on the first floor. People chatting all evening and night on the hallway. The pictures look a lot different on the website and the whole idea is to book cheap and when you arrive you just want to upgrade and this is promoted everywhere. I think this is just a waste of money and rather go to the h10 for a little more.

Good location in the nicer part of Salou, with good access to the local beaches and restaurants. The roof terrace and pool were very quiet despite the hotel being full which was very nice.

The standard room was in need of an upgrade and would benefit from more comfortable beds and sofa bed.

The staff were friendly and genuinely very helpful. The location was ideal for going to the beaches in Salou and its closeness to the railway station was great for catching the train to Barcelona.

The price was high for the hotel considering that it was not, 'breakfast included'.Also the plana bus, on which we had paid for a return ticket on our way from the airport, did not collect us on the way back so we had to pay for a taxi to the airport ourselves.

incredibly friendly staff which went out of their way to help with all my requests, good location next to beach and main shopping/restaurant area, nicely varied and ample breakfast buffet - a pleasant stay all round

Hotel is well situated being about 5 mins walk from both the station and beach, just down a quiet side street. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel lacks sound insulation. Although in a quiet neighbourhood it was easy to hear doors opening, plumbing, conversations in the corridor etc.

Fabulous location; 100 mtrs from the beach; shops close by; pool and sunbathing area on the roof; staff extremely helpful; very clean; towels and bedding changed daily.

Just like a rooftop pool in the hotel, a number so grayish, no exact compliance obligations

Number is not very convenient small, everything can be heard that make neighborhood,,,,

air con not turned on. my stay was in april so was probably bit early. all the same i found the room too warm

недалеко от моря, хорошая техника в кухонном гарнитуре, есть и стиральная машина и машина для сушки белья, холодильник с морозилкой, плита-стеклокерамика, свч, духовой шкаф, имеется детский манеж в спальне.

персонал к клиентам относится отвратительно, на наш взгляд. для начала о въезде в отель. регистрация заезда происходит в самом отеле, который где- то в 1,5 км от самих апартаментов. в апартаменты никто не провожает, дают ключи от них, схему- карту как дойти, а самая прелесть в том, что никто даже не объяснил, на каком этаже наш номер. русскоговорящего персонала нет, по-английски хорошо изъясняется всего одна девушка, которая работает не всегда. в бронировании у нас было указано что выезд с 12 до 13 часов, в самом регенте нам сказали, что эти условия касаются только самого отеля, а в апартаментах нужно выехать до 10 утра. после нашей просьбы следовать тому, что указано у нас в бронировании, нам разрешили выехать в 12. второй комплект полотенец и белья тоже пришлось выпрашивать, они видимо считают что во время стирки белья можно вообще ничем не пользоваться.нет чайника и посуда вся сильно юзаная, антипригар пошарпаный. в целом - в этот отель не поедем и никому его рекомендовать не будем, ибо за эти деньги можно найти условия гораздо лучше.
