das preis-leistungsverhältnis war gut. das haus und die zimmer durchwegs sehr sauber das personal an rezeption und im service war trotz bevorstehendem saisonende sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend

Das Hotel ist sehr gut geführt und das Personal ohne Ausnahme freundlich und immer gut drauf. Im Restaurant, Bar und Rezeption sehr entgenekommend.

Die Betten sind sehr hart und die völlige Ruhe auf dem Zimmer istdurch die umliegenden Discotheken nicht gegeben. Hat uns aber nicht gestört. Das Essen ist nicht gerade high end aber es gab nie einen leeren Dish oder Platte.

The location was great for us, within walking distance of the beach, shopping and clubs. The staff were very attentive and the reception was open 24 hrs. There was great varity of food on offer for breakfast including champagne plenty of cereals ,breads ,tea, coffee, juices , crepes etc. The room was spotless , cleaned every day and towels changed daily. The hotel has 2 lifts , and a secuirty safe can be hired from reception for a small fee. Bus stop is nearby and the taxi service is excellent

The Santa Monica is located on a steep incline so elderly guests take note. It is also near a night club but this did not affect us.

I would like to stay in this hotel another time. Location - center of the night and day life, the beaches - all are near - 5 min.

pros: reasonable location, good value for money, good choice of dishes at dinner

cons: very basic room equipment, rather loud (evening shows every two days), cleanliness around pool far from perfect, poor breakfast choice (typical English breakfast)

Great location, price and pool area.

Room is clear and big(double room) I like reception service - helpful, friendly people. Hotel is situated near the sea (2 min. by walking). Marine design is good too. Wi-Fi was in my room (on first floor).

Breakfast was poor. Everyday there were the same dishes. The variety of dishes was poor. I like fruits, but there were only melon and watermelon. I don t like bar service too. It is very strange, when the barmen offers plastic glasses near the bar, if you sit near table, did not give a check and others.Hotel is situated far from center and from train station. The other hotel is situated very close. Practically I did not have possibility to open window. It was very noisily by nights.

Good breakfast, nice rooms, big bathrooms.

Night staff at check-in not really very welcome, but overall fine.

Central location, close to beach, shops and restaurants

Noise levels from the late night bars and streets close by went on well past 4.00am.

Tuve un problema, ( deje olvidada mi camara de fotos en el hotel) y el encargado de recepcion ...javier...excepcional gestion y honradez ... la recuperó y me la envió a mi domicilio contra reembolso....super bien embalada, para que no se deteriorara...fantastico....es dificil encontrar gente y trato...semejante..gracias. Llame a la directora para felicitarla, por javier...chapeau!!!

Hotel muy bonito, habitaciones con excelente equipamiento. Zona muy buena centrica: playa, restaurantes, bares, compras......Todos los detalles cuidados al máximo y bien limpio. La atención del personal del hotel excelente, para no contar mas una linda sorpresa en recepcion de haber sido antendido en rumano, una paisana. Fue genial tener a gente en el mostrador de recepción que estaban dispuestos y capaces de responder a muchas preguntas, y en tantas idiomas. Lo mejor son los desayunos- bufet, la comida, y la amabilidad del personal que labura con esa energia y alegria para que el huesped se sienta como en casa. La atención del personal del hotel para mi fue inmejorable, y por todo ello sin duda repetiría en éste hotel si volviese a Salou. Si hago una valoración calidad-precio entonces tengo que decir que me gustó mucho.

Ubicación y relación calidad /precio son excelentes, así como el trato con el personal. Por la noche la animación es correcta y los precios de las consumiciones muy económicos y Eva la animadora es muy maja y tiene mucha mano con los críos. Habitaciones, comedor, bar, piscina, guardería etc., están bien.

La comida no es especialmente buena ni variada, aunque creo que es correcta en relación al precio pagado. En las noches hay mucho ruido en la parte de atrás del hotel debido a que se encuentra una de las discotecas más concurridas.
