I booked a two bedroom apartment and was told on arrival that they were all full. Our family was split between two single rooms that were not even next to each other.This happend to a number of guests the week we were there.

BlueBay Beach Club is very relax and not over crowded. The pool is very nice specially for children. Staff is very friendly and efficient.

I would say the quality of the food.We came last year and I think the food was better then. They have replaced the restaurant offer by a "buffet" formula which is a bit expensive for what it is.

Very professional staff. From the lady at reception on arrival at 2am to the lady cleaning the room, they all gave the impression that their first objective was to make our time in the hotel a good experience. Next to the ocean, most rooms are facing the ocean with fantastic view. We rented a car and toured the island from there.Also different activities each day at wake up time (we had bearkfast at the bar next to the swimming pool) was good fun.

The hotel itself is a tad old, and although rooms are big and well equiped, kitchen and bathroom equipments remind me of my parent's flat in the late 70's. Also location next to a landing strip make it less enjoyable to just chill (humm warm up) at the swimming pool) all day long. It's very quiet from evening to morning though.

The staff didn't change the towels and bed-clothes during our stay of 10 days, there wasn't any refuse bin on the territory.

La piscina era grande

Nos engañaron con el aire acodicionado la abitacion era un horno no habia ventilacion nosotro reservemos este hotel por que decia que tenia aire acodicionado un ventilador en el techo que no servia para nada orrorosa las noche la picina necesita una reforma pues mi hija se corto porque le falta cachos ala picina el bufe un poco escaso y muchas mosca en cima de la comida no boy a repetir a este hotel

Recomiendo las suites , pagando un poco más se está Muchisimo mejor (Yacussi y solarium privado, ideal)

Las habitaciones estan muy bien, amplias, comodas y los penthouse espectaculares

Una vez mas la piscina de niños no estaba climatizada y ya es la segunda vez este año. Preguntamos y nos dijeron que el motor que la calentaba estaba roto.... Lleva roto 4 meses????? Deberian arreglarlo muchas personas vamos con niños y es importante la climatizacion de esta piscina

Tienen unas habitaciones penthause, que curiosamente no se pueden elegir via booking,com. Deberian incluirlas, ya que aunque sean mas caras, son realmente buenas

Cuidado, fundamental si vas con niños como nosotros es que la piscina infantil que dicen esta climatizada, realmente lo este.Nos dijeron que el motor estaba roto, pero no es excusa, se podria arreglar. Saludos

Es muy espacioso y muy tranquilo

Las instalaciones son excelentes para estar en grupo o en família.

La ubicación del hotel obliga a disponer de coche o cualquier medio de transporte público para poder desplazarte a cualquier pueblo.

Pues la verdad es que se estaba muy a gusto, las instalaciones estaban bien, los apartamentos muy bien acondicionados y la piscina extraordinaria. La atención de los recepcionistas fue estupenda y a verdad es que volvería al hotel sin ningún problema.

Las vistas

Sí, que el apartamento no tuviera batidora y que la comanda no hiciese nada por conseguir una. Necesitábamos la batidora para preparar la comida del bebé, así que nos tuvimos que buscar la vida con el personal del bar-restaurante para que nos hiciesen el favor de batirla todos los días. Pero esto no es plan
