The relaxing environment - great pool area and large rooms - fantastic weather and plenty of pool beds etc

The flys at the pool side / bar - a few uv zappers would have helped.

Having stayed twice now, we were actually rather disappointed with this room, having had a much nicer apartment previously (423 ?) as opposed to 605. If we return we shall certainly pay a little extra for that quality of room. The racing-cars were slightly annoying too. Relentless! However, both I and my partner like the atmosphere, the calm, the pool, the shop etc very much.

Lovely pool. Lovely spacious apartment and large balcony. El Divo tribute band were amazing.

Beds a bit hard. Apart from El Divo evening entertainment was not good. No direct access to beach from hotel.

The pool area was nice with plenty of loungers. The bar service was quick and the food good. It was calm and clean.

On arrival we spent a long time trying to find the hotel as the address given was San Augustin. In fact it was Feraz. This did cause us upset after our journey. It's a long walk from entrace to rooms with luggage. The pillows on the beds were like rocks and very uncomfortable

Very nice aspect. Liked the layout of the resort built into the cliff. Lovely view over an attractive swimming pool with the sea beyond. Good size rooms. Appeared to be lots of activities and entertainment for those wanting to be entertained.

Everything provided to self-cater except an oven. Due to dietry problems I have to cook my own meals so not having an oven reaaly restricted what I could prepare. Guests on a limited budget needing to self-cater would also find this restricting.

the pool area is terrific. the view of the ocean from all rooms is spectacular. the food was decent and the rooms are well appointed, particularly the one bedroom apartments with cooking facilities.

the sheets on our bed were soiled when we arrived. the hotel staff quickly took care of the problem, but we were surprised that the room would be delivered that way. the initial person checking us in was not at all friendly.

Everything was perfect!realy enjoyed staying at Blue bay!!!we were there at november,so weather was fantastic!Swimming pool was awsome!!Staff very friendly and helpfull!!!Apartment- very comfy!!!Would definately recomend to others!!! :)

La piscina y el apartamento, aunque el mismo estaba muy sucio.

La suciedad y deterioror en pasillos, ascensor (vidrio sucio), el deterioro en paredes, marcos de puertas de ingreso a los apartamentos. El deterioro no se nota tanto dentro del apartamento. La heladera no enfriaba.

Las vistas son maravillosas, aire condicionado y ventiladores en el techo, totalmnte equipado para cocinar, etc.. se puede deskansar y relajarse en la habitacion y en las zonas comunes.

La música en la piscina, aunque la ponían a partir de la tarde, los altavoces en la zona comunitaria y el estilo de musica no me parecía acorde a la hora, ni al lugar... (si no es suave y buena la musica, mjor no ponerla, gracias)

Las vistas,la piscina,la habitacion y la cocina...me ha gustado mucho que tenga cocina un hotel para asi no estar obligado a pagar mas por comer.Este hotel tiene todo lo que yo pedia...y un cuarto de baño bastante bueno..muy satisfecha.

El secador del pelo,solo faltaria que renovacen eso y no se podria decir nada malo de ese hotel.

Bon séjour, belle vue, personnel sympathique, beaux appartements mais un peu de rénovation serait utile.

La plage.

Increibles vistas y situación.Habitaciones muy grandes y bien equipadas. Personal de limpieza muy majo.

El lavavajillas no funcionaba correctamente, el sofa era viejísimo y dolía sentarse en el, por la noche se escucha muy fuerte el ruido de los bajantes del vecino de arriba, la tdt tiene muy mala señal y se cortaba cada 5 minutos(no podías ver nada entero). La cama de matrimonio en realidad eran 2 camas unidas, muy incomodo para dormir y algo no comprensible en un 4 estrellas.
