location, all in walking distance, very friendly
walls a bit thin, could hear neighbours
Very central location. Excellent friendly and helpful staff. Very clean. Great value for money.
Nearby parking very difficult.
A spare budget room (except during horse fair week). Very nice and accommodating staff. Really interesting lobby full of plants and old tile. Room was comfortable and had a good reliable wifi signal
A single small bar of soap in the bathroom would be an appropriate addition.
Jose Manuel was so helpful, even found me a hairdryer, and always there to answer questions. Easy stroll to the main plaza cafes, 10 min walk to train.
Good location, nice staff.
Room noisy, no amenities in the bathroom, bed quite uncomfortable.
Friendly helpful staff. Attractively designed and furnished hotel. Close to city centre and not far from free parking.
Basic and very retro but that's what we wanted....proper old town Jerez.Great service and clean.Would stay again.
Very friendly and helpful person on reception (Juan Miguel). Easy walking distance to best bits of Jerez
The chap on reception was simply awesome. First thing he did was give us a local map and places to go and ideas. He was very accommodating and made our trip. Hotel was good value for money. Facilities basic but then what more so you need? Want more pay more. Central location, walk to everywhere, everything worked
Bed was a bit basic, but then at our age we prefer a good orthopedic bed. For the money this is an excellent choice
The staff were excellent with clients
Close to Plaza Arenal ( the main square ) and all attractions. My room was very small but enough for a one night stay. Concierge 24 hrs so the front door was always locked for security. In a side street so was very quiet. Jose Manuel was extremely helpful and kind. Very good value for money. Would stay there again.
Friendly helpful staff great location everything that you need. Good tapas town. Real value for money.
Helpful staff. Excellent WiFi. Beautiful entrance The guesthouse, contrary to other guesthouses, has an elevator.
Nothing to report
Excellent location and very friendly st.f
Our room was a bit cold as the heater didn't work very well.
Nice typical Andalusian courtyard with plants. Not in the very center but good location for getting out of the city by car and to find free parking outside old town. The room quite simple and clean; good value for money. Friendly reception staff:)
It was all good. Staff were great, rooms were clean. The best budget hotel I have stayed in. Stayed in more expensive hotels that were not as good as this place.
the guy on reception was always helpful and friendly cant remember his name
Very welcoming gentleman at reception, room was functional and pleasant enough, lift was very good, nice, attractive "Spanish" atmosphere with central courtyard arrangement. Excellent value for money, near to town centre but quiet.
The hotel is lovely and staff fantastic !!
Portieren var eccelent en riktig fixare.
Very friendly welcome, as others have stated. Very good value considering it's proximity to city centre & the vendemia was on!
Having to park the car a few blocks away.
Very helpful staff!
Great hotel in a good location. Hotel is manned 24 hrs and the reception knows enough english but better yet is happy, almost encorages you to practice your spanish. If your in Jerez and your not trying to speak it your in the wrong part of Spain.
Host was fantastic. Very friendly and welcoming and most helpful in assisting in organising our stay in Spain.
Nothing. It was as we expected.
