Very helpful staff. Great breakfast. Excellent value for money. Good location Communication was a bit tricky, as the staff only spoke Spanish, no English or French.

Ok if you want a shower half way through a camping hoilday Claustrophobic rooms ....wouldn'want to spend time in it...no airconditioning ...tiny windows ...stifling

They had an internet filter installed on their WiFi connection, which filter also kept me from reading my emails since I have different ports configured for my email account. I truly find this inappropriate, me being a paying guest. Other than that, the rooms were dark and murky and the whole place was invaded by plastic ornaments.

Tuvieron un gran detalle, reservamos una habitación triple y nos alojaron en una familiar en dos alturas con capacidad para 4 personas. Muy amplia y confortable. Desayuno muy variado. El olor a la entrada. Tanto cacharro decorativo da un olor a rancio al entrar.

es un hotel con una ubicación muy buena. Cómodo, buen desayuno, y trato del personal muy agradable Por decir algo, el cierre de la ventana del baño que no era muy hermético y el sonido del viento era un poco incómodo

El desayuno es abundante y se distingue con otros hoteles de los alimentos de alta calidad, muy caseros del tipo de longanizas tipicas del valle, jamon extra, asi como unos croissant buenisimos. El personal con amabilidad te hace sentir como en casa. Volveria.

La atención del personal, y la comodidad del parking, guarda esquíes, comedor . Si, la habitación un poco estrecha, el ático era bastante amplio, no se podía ver la TVE desde la cama pues la escalera del ático la tapaba.
