Good location,clean, nice staff.
Noisy plumbing! Especially in the middle of the night,it will wake you up
The location. It is in the older part of the city, which is very nice. Very convenient for restaurants and shops. Just across the road on Calle San Francisco. We were on the 2nd floor. But it had a lift.
The room is very basic. Beds are not too comfortable. Room was small. No view from room. Can be noisy from other rooms. Paid 70 Euro for a night. Expensive for what was on offer - It is called a Hostal. However, it was in July - summer time.
Location was very good. Beds were comfortable. We looked for a place to sleep, and it was perfect for that.
The bathroom is very little, but is a hostal, and for the price we paid it was ok. No big luxuries (it had hairdryer)
The staff speaks english and was very friendly. Very good location. Simple but clean and comfortable.
Window opened onto central well.
Great spot and very good room and privacy.
A bit pricey and no common areas.
Located at the heart of the old town, 15 minutes walk from the railway station. Simple but clean and comfortable.
One of receptionists was very helpfull. Good location.
Room with a very smal window facing a very small backyard (maybe 3 m2) - almost not possible to open it because of bad smell from outside. You could hear everything what happens in the reception...No possible to store luggage after check-out :-(
Excellent will use this again & will recommend it to friends
Extremely friendly staff, very nice and safe location. Great value and clean enough for an older building. Best wifi ever!
The air conditioning doesn't work very well so the room was boiling. Also the staff speaks no English but they're so nice that it doesn't even really matter! I would definitely come back.
I liked the set up with the apartment style and the bed was very comfortable. If I am in madrid again, I will definitely be staying here again.
Close to evrythig. Very clean. Very kind personnell. Except one, the oldest.
Location was great Wifi was good
Bathroom was so small
The location was great. Right in the heart of Cadez allowing for a nice evening stroll. Where able to find a street parking place not to far from the hotel.
Did not have window but an air shaft that led to roof. We could smell slight smoke from what we guessed were smokers some where else in the building
friendly staff, and well located.
The lift is rather scary - not for the faint hearted! Only place we've stayed in in Spain (low season) that have called our room @ 11.50 to remind us to checkout @ 12 - quite funny since one of the staff had locked a few of us for 20mins the day before!
Good location in the old town of Cadiz. Exellent value for money!
There was an elevator, which was an asset. Very pretty building, good location, staff were friendly. Cleanliness was top-notch.
I found the building noisy. Every footstep seemed to echo on the tiled floors, and every door seemed to slam. As well, I found the bed uncomfortable. The plastic mattress cover under the bottom sheet bunched up and made the mattress seem quite lumpy. It also made a crinkly sound every time I moved in the night.
Central location, however Cadiz town is pretty small, so everywhere is short walk.
Walls are thin, could hear people talking at reception and front door opening from my room on second floor. Bed was lumpy :-(
Staff was very rude. They said that we literally have to get out from the room as it needs to be clean, chek-out time was 2 pm and we were late 5 mins maximum. The airconditioner didn't work.
location in the centre
room without usable window
Room was functional - everything worked as it should. Staff were friendly and helpful.
In spite of asking by phone the information on parking was misleading. The hotel was expensive and the price asked on booking.com was the maximum rate for the room. The twin beds were uncomfortable and no double bed was offered.
Very warm and helpful staff, central location, and cosy room - all you'd expect from a hotel really.
The lift can be a bit scary if you are scared of heights, so make sure you don't go in alone!
The owner is rude and calls clients liars. Not a great customer service experience. Beware of double charges with no room for error for missing the 12:00 check out time. Tried to reason with owner and was called a "liar".
In the historic centre of Cadiz with access to shops and sights.
Although clean there was no window facing onto street only a dirty, central, interior space.
