Beautiful building, excellent location, good facilities. It felt as if we were staying somewhere special. The only negative experience was the food and the dining room. We had one evening meal in the restaurant in the hotel, it was very unpleasant and the restaurant itself was dismal. |

The peace, quiet, beauty, location & history I'd like for there to be complementary tea/coffee in the room. I would like to be able to tune into English tv, either by channel or bilingual setting. ONly cnn and and wrestling were in English, although there were three channels (some showing English original programs) in German. When this was mentioned in the reviews, I did not think it would matter, but actually I found the same thing. |

The hotel is stunningly beautiful, staff are extremely courteous, all needs are catered for, and location is wonderful. |
