Liked that is was quiet. Monsatery building with stairs and no inclines
makes carrying luggage difficult. Should have a few more/better
ammenties in the room, hotel takes no advantage of climate of Spain to
have outside facilities, restaurant, relax area by the pool, terrace is
not in use. Retaurant is in the deepest darkest cellar.

Restaurant. Nobody else did either. There was never one person in the
restaurant . breakfast room dark and dingy. Why not have breakfast in
the courtyard - or out side ...???

The ambiance

Your hotel came highly recommended and I stayed with you overnight on Friday July 4th. Although I found the hotel itself and its amenities very impressive I have to express great disappointment with the service. On ordering a drink at the cafe/bar on arriving I found the waitress had poor English and finding a suitable wine was extremely difficult. I booked dinner in the restaurant at 8.

great location,nice staff, great food, liked relationship to the church and convent; modern but not impersonal

the underground cafeteria is a little bit dark
