It is in the heart of santiago. Also it is very quiet, not noisy at night The swimming pool was too small. |

The staff had our reservation on record and room ready. We reserved the same day as our reservation and were very pleased that all was in order. |

The ambiance Your hotel came highly recommended and I stayed with you overnight on Friday July 4th. Although I found the hotel itself and its amenities very impressive I have to express great disappointment with the service. On ordering a drink at the cafe/bar on arriving I found the waitress had poor English and finding a suitable wine was extremely difficult. I booked dinner in the restaurant at 8. |

It had a great location. We would have liked more English channels on the tv. For kids, CNN and Eurosport don't cut it. This is not applicable to everyone, obviously, however after a long day trying to get along in a language that is not your mother tongue, it is nice to relax at night with tv in your language. |

Excellent location and wonderful decor in what I call ascetic chic. Nothing to interfere with your enjoyment of peace and quiet. While the overall situation was one of great value for money, their charging via Visa using a US conversion to increase their margin was not appreciated. |
