Location, Price & Staff
Location, character, price, clean, good staff. Old world personality.
Small room, old bathroom .crampedonly knee bumping space between beds .no where to put anything.smelt mouldy
Our bed was broken which led to 2 very poor nights' sleep. No spare rooms, so no other alternative considered. Room at street level, so windows could not be left open because of noise and smokers. Claustrophobic.
Location. Large twin room. Lots of light. Very friendly staff.
Noisy ventilator in bathroom. Wifi didn´t work.
Mold completely around tub, room had terrible smell due to air conditioner system. Toilet was leaking. No fridge and NO ICE. We had to buy ice from a nearby restaurant. Front desk credit card system didn't work when we check-out. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
Friendly and helpful staff, fantastic location, a stone's throw from the cathedral, yet quiet and peaceful. Great value.
Very central location, in the heart of everything
No wifi in the room. Staff gave me wrong username for the wifi which was only available at the reception. With no wifi, I was not able to sign up for the walking tours and look up information much needed to enhance my vacation.
Location and staff: very nice and helpfull.
first room was not so clean
Friendly staff. located in a quiet venue easy to access to all the touristic places
The bed made noise each time I moved.
The hotel itself is nice on the inside, beautifully designed staircases etc... At first glance I thought it was going to be a really nice place to stay. Rooms cleaned daily. Big room.
The wifi didnt work. This was one of the handful of places I had already stayed on my trip where the wifi was either flaky or didnt work at all. Because of this I had used up a 1GB data sim in about 2 weeks. When a place advertises that it has wifi then they should make sure that it works. Solo travellers like myself rely on this very much and can be a great inconvenience when you choose a place thinking it has wifi and it doesnt work. Its false advertising. Also, the shower was one of those detachable shower hose things but the wall attachment was missing so it was always awkward having a shower having to manually hold the hose. Very uncomfortable. Also, the vents for the air con were in a position where there was no way the cool air could be felt from the bed. Even at its highest setting the air con was so weak it was always quite hot and sticky and difficult to sleep. Lastly, i was a little annoyed when I went down to ask for the wifi to be connected and the guy at the counter was too busy trying to keep his attention seeking girlfriend from leaving. Even though it was amusing it didnt help me at all. Frustrating stay at Hotel San Francisco.
Very good location. Nice staff. Speaks English.
Poor Air-condition, No internet connectivity in the room. Not enough electric socket..!
The central located hotel provided its comfortable and clean rooms for a reasonable price.
The reception, which is meant to be open 24/7, was closed, along with the front door which made me wait quite a while.
nice location and staff. spacious room and bathroom.
the bed linen was not clean enough/faded.
Friendly staff. Central location
No access to unload luggage. Public parking.
the hotel is in the middle of everything fantastic location staff really helpful room was good the shower in room 13 was excellent !!
All ok really cant falt it for the price
rooms are old, noisy and there was a hole on celings of room no: 13, water was coming when the bathroom was used in upstairs
Central position, value for money.
I was there for week, location of hotel is fantastic! Very near cathedral, but inthe same time in quiet street. I will stay here when I wil come back to Sevile :-)
Excelent position staff very helpfull and really good restaurant suggestions
They need to hoover the rooms we found a lot of hairs on the floor
The location was excellent for exploring the Cathedral, Alcazar, Jewish section, attending bullfights and lots of shopping restaurants and tapas bars. We were able to walk everywhere.
We didn't like the size of the room, it was very small.
Staff were very helpful. Hotel is located very close to the Cathedral, in the center of Sevilla
Lights on the landing didn't work. Air conditioning not very efficient.
The location very close to the Cathedral with many eateries.
A bare room with three beds, one wooden chair, no table. The bed sheets on one bed carried brown stains and hairs from the maid (that's what we preferred to assume). The latch of the bathroom door was broken; the door could not be kept closed. The receptionist did not give a damn, just a shrug.
Very helpful at front desk
