The Hotel is in a fairly quiet street which is next to the main shopping street and very close to the old part of city, so easy walking to all restaurants. the hotel subsidises parking in the car park. It is very clean and plenty of spare blankets for early season visitors. They were very accommodating about changing our room when requested.

Nothing happened when we reported the extractor fan not working in bathroom, reported the TV would not work, reported again, repair man came after two days and it still did not work so we gave up as it was not important.

Excellent location for the sights of Ronda. Friendly and helpful staff. Good value for money.

There was no heating even though temperatures outside were quite cold.

Breakfast was pretty mimimalistic. Coffee juice and toast.

Very convenient from train station, walkable distance. In the heart of town. Good quality for a budget stay.

The reception wasn't open until 8am in the morning and we had to catch the train at 8am. Had to just leave the keys at the reception desk. The price included breakfast and yet again breakfast serving was from 8am. So we paid for breakfast that we coudn't eat :( We asked the reception if we could not pay for the breakfast, she wouldn't allow.

Closeness to old town and pedestrian mall. Cost.

Parking which is always a problem in these types of towns. At least this one was reasonable.

very cosy and clean, great bathrooms, in old part of Ronda, so close to everything we wanted to see. Very helpfull staff, thank you once more for lending us your umbrella :) !!

The hotel was as we expected. It is a basic low budget hotel and is good for what it is. Very good location.

Only that as a group of four people, there was no area where we could sit and chat. A lounge, or a bar would have been welcome. Also, we did not like the full width bolster instead of individual pillows.

The location was good, the room was comfortable.

Reception closed at 9pm which meant a mobile phone call to get someone to open up to let us in for our reservation. The wifi is not available in the room. Not recommended.

Very comfortable room and bed. Good bathroom. Staff very helpful with suggestions for the area, especially sites and restaurants.

The corridor was a little bit twisted. We try to go up to the public roof, but it was closed. What a pity.

We had no hot water on arrival and was promised it would be fixed by the evening, we got back late so didnt check but the heating wasnt working and it was a cold day in Ronda. There was nobody on reception and the noise in the middle of the night was terrible, we were cold all night and then when we got up for a shower there was still no hot water!! I went down to reception and complained but they said they couldnt reach the plumber so we had to leave early and go home and shower. We had paid for breakfast and it was the worst I had ever come across in spain. Normally you get a buffet style with choices but all we got was 1 orange juice and 1 coffee each plus a small bread roll with butter ot mulched tomatoes, so dont even bother!!! I sent an email of complaint to the owner and they came back with sorry you had a bad stay but you used our facilities and this was beyond our control. What faciliites? A warm room and a shower is what you pay for!!! I expected my money back or at least some sort of compensation as to be cold and not be able to wash is disgusting, I sent a reply to this and they have never even bothered to email me back which is terrible customer service. I would never stay there again or recommend it to anyone

Very comfortable and clean rooms at excellent location. Breakfast toasted bread with marmalade, coffee & juice. Friendly staff.

The hotel manager was very friendly and welcoming during my brief stay and the accommodation was comfortable, clean and perfect for a good rest and sleep after spending the day in town and roundabouts.

It was very clean, close to the tajo,friendly staff. Good for low cost, but if looking for little fancy, chose another hotel. Really liked their cafetaria layout and service.

I didn't like anything in this hotel. This has far too high ratings in the booking.com!

The room was cold as a grave! (I visited this during the Spanish winter, I.E. Dec-Feb) I had the heating apparatus turned on during my whole visit but it didn't make any difference. When I noticed it's not gonna generate any heat, the reception staff was already gone (the close the reception for nights in this hotel, you are all on your own...) Probably the staff would have done nothing with the heater, but I would have asked some blankets (coz the beds had none! just a thin cotton sheet - that's it - try to sleep in +12C temperature with a thin cotton sheet - not fun :) The breakfast was a joke and there is no parking close to this hotel (they have a minor garage in this hotel but they don't allow the guests use it). I can't understand why this hotel is so highly rated on booking.com. Yes, it didn't cost me much, but my advice is: spend 10-15 euros more and you get something more eatable for breakfast plus you don't need to try to sleep in a fridge!

A great little Hotel, with pleasant staff very close to the man shops and the fantastic bridge. The decor was lovely and the room clean and tidy.

One minor moan is that the pillow was very flat and although the bed was comfy I woke up with a back ache after an uncomfortable nights sleep. A spare pillow in the room somewhere would have been appreciated.

Good location, 5mins away from the center of the town.

the tv was old school- a couple generations back- not that important but could be more helpful for weather, news, etc
