Hotel San Jorge is located in Alcalá de los Gazules, in Andalucía’s beautiful Arconocales Nature Reserve. It offers rooms with flat-screen satellite TV, free Wi-Fi and views of the park. Que me despierten a las 8:00 de la mañana tanto sábado como domingo, una persona llamando a las puertas o pasando por el pasillo tocando una campana. No contentos con esto, cuando estaba cogiendo otra vez el sueño, a las 8:30 horas vuelven a pasar con la misma operación. Nos ha parecido un establecimiento un tanto raro, no nos han pedido identificación, no nos han dado factura (la he pedido, ya veremos si me llega), no se puede pagar con tarjeta a pesar de indicar en su página que sí.

La ubicación El servicio es escaso. Los colchones de las camas son de hace 20 años. La moqueta del suelo tiene mas manchas que el babero de un bebe. El camarero hace de recepcionista al igual que la chica de la limpieza. Por la noche la cafetería se convierte en un bar de copas a lo mas merdellón. La recepción hace de portería donde los niños golpean todo lo que encuentran a su paso y corren por los pasillos gritando. Demasiado ruidoso.

Eigen, gratis parkeerterrein, maar niet afgesloten voor onbevoegden. Hartje centrum van het dorp, goed bereikbaar. Lastig te vinden met TomTom, door hotel opgegeven coördindaten kloppen niet helemaal (je moet een straat verder zijn dan de TomTom aangeeft). Smoezelig hotel, veel brandplekken op de vloerbedekking en in de sprei op het bed. Veel lawaaierige lokale kinderen en volwassenen die de hele middag en avond in het restaurant rondhangen. Hele slechte bedden met hard ijzeren frame dat je lichaam kneust. Personeel dat wat ongeïnteresseerd lijkt en niet echt ervaring lijkt te hebben met buitenlandse toeristen.
