San Luis    

Very clean and wellcoming hotel Location could not be better right on beach and near to all aminieties. Staaf, with the exception of the dining room staff, very plesent and wellcoming

We went half board, big mistake. The evening meal was a very poor menu del dia (which was priced at well above the average for the area) The menu offered only one starter, a very poor chicken soup, followed by only two choices of a first and a second course. Both courses, we had a chesse and mushroom flan for the first course thatwas basically cold tasteles pizza, and two adults had a disgustig boiled chicken carcass with cold over oiled potato slices. The chicken was under cooked and pink at the bones. One adult had opted for sordfish stake, whichwas cold and served with the same cold greasy potato mixture. There was no child option which left my four year old grandson basically going hungry. Afters consited of a two square inch piece of sponge with avery thin layer of gelatin on top, which was called lemon tarta, but had no flavour My grand son had a solidly frozen tub of icecream This meal ruined what was potentially a exellent hotel. They seem towant to charge top rate prices for very cheap lackluster greassy spoon food. By all means stay at this hotel but dine elsewhere, its cheaper and the quality has to be better. Do as the Spanish do, ear at theten euro all you can eat buffets, there,s one almost next door.

All staff are trained well and are happy to help . Always cheerful when you meet. Fabulous position right on the beach front . Balcony with most rooms. Each room had great views. Easy to find and good underground safe parking facilities.

decoration in rooms needed updated, but still great value

A comfortable family run and well organised hotel. All staff were most helpful particularly in the dining room where help with the Spanish menu was immediately available. A very good atmosphere/ambience. We would definitely consider another holiday at San Luis especially as they are happy to accept dogs !

No wi fi in the rooms only in reception area

Although a mainly spanish resort the staff at reception greeted us in English and provided a map of Gandia and told us of places to visit in the historic city nearby and where to get the bus.Many of the the restaurant staff also spoke english and were very friendly and the food was very good and plentiful.Gandia marine is very smart and clean with wonderful sandy beaches and a very long promenade including cycle tracks.

Gandia is to be avoided in August. Mostly caters to Spanish vacationers. Hotel is not per na standards and breakfast is substandard to European norms.

We enjoyed our stay with you, wish we could have stayed longer. The staff are superb. Our dogs also came with us and had fun meeting all the staff too

El desayuno era de variedad escasa.

La limpieza y que esta bastante bien de precio.Las recepcionistas muy simpáticas.

El bufet del desayuno es pésimo tienen nada más q lo básico,y el lunes no había de nada porque supondría que habría menos gente o no se...no había bollería y sacaron unas napolitanas que calentaron porque eran de hacía dos días y cuando se enfriaron estaban tiesas!

Las vistas al puerto, la cercania a la playa, la comida y la atencion de el personal.

Es un poco antiguo.

Por lo único que merece la pena es por la cercanía a la playa, ya que se ubica en pleno paseo marítimo.

Mala relación calidad/precio. He pagado lo mismo en hoteles mucho mejores. Las habitaciones están limpias pero son antiguas, tipo hostal/albergue. Es el típico hotel donde se alojan despedidas de soltero/a y colegios en fin de curso. De hecho, nos tocó un colegio que no dejaba descansar, corriendo y gritando continuamente.

Esta muy bien trato genial y en primera linea de playa y la comida bastante bien y para mi hija celiaca muy atentos y preparados

Los colchones necesitan cambiarlos por los muelles se te clavan hasta el higadillo.

La gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel. Les besoins spéciaux pour notre fille handicapée ont été largement satisfait, surtout au petit déjeuner.

Super Lage direkt am Hafen und am Strand, sehr nettes Personal (spricht aber, glaube ich, nur spanisch), Tiefgarage vorhanden - und entgegen anderer Beurteilungen auch mit größerem Wagen keine Problem (muss allerdings vorher reserviert werden)

Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, Schrank roch extrem muffig

Personal encantador en recepción. Ubicación inmejorable con todo lo que puedas necesitar alrededor.

La insonorización un poco deficiente, pero solo en relación a la habitación del piso de arriba, el resto no tengo queja. El desayuno es un poco básico, pero más que suficiente y aceptable.
